Good company overall

Good company overall, but I would like to see better customer service and improved packaging for deliveries. Some of the materials arrived damaged, so more care in packaging and shipping would be appreciated.

Biorepeel

I bought Biorepeel, and as soon as it came back in stock, they shipped it immediately. I had to wait a few weeks and paid for next-day delivery 😒, but the product is great overall. I will purchase again.

It took weeks to get my order as the first one got lost, I did lose customers because of it. No tracking ever sent out, then a big hunt for the second order, courier was so lazy.
That said, the boss did ring me personally twice to try to resolve issues, plus the first time I ordered, I had no issues at all.
