If you don't want to lose customers and money, stay away from them. In less than a week, I lost several customers due to the lack of professionalism of this group. When Pharmacos made the first mistake, it was acceptable, but then they made the same mistake twice more and I lost money and didn't get the proper return worthy of the owner of this company.

I like this company because this is the cheapest place to buy products BUT I pay for next day delivery and it NEVER comes the next day, literally ever

I bought Profhilo body x3 from them.

Positive: The delivery was very quick as i ordered on Friday afternoon and the package was delivered the next day on Saturday ( to a neighbour as we were out). I had requested for the courier not to deliver or leave elsewhere...
2. The product was a good price, 145pounds per pack, lower than other websites.

Product
Each 'unit' consists of a sealed outer box containing x2 sealed boxes of Profhilo , the moisturising cream, skin patches and instructions.

Negatives
1. The seals of two of the large outer boxes were open however the contents inside were sealed and intact so this was not too much of an issue. The postage box was undamaged and intact.
2. The batch number and expiry dates of the outer and inner boxes did not match- e.g. the outer box had expiry of April 2025 whilst the inner box stated Feb 2026 also batches different.
3. One of the outer boxes did not have a batch number or expiry date, just a blank space although the inner boxes had these.
4. Although there was a QR code on the boxes, the link did not work when scanned ( In some countries, the QR code is used to confirm authenticity).
5. I searched online and found that from Sept 2023, a hologram label was introduced on UK and Ireland boxes to confirm authenticity, traceability and quality and these boxes did not have the hologram sticker. However, I appreciate old stock predating this will not have a hologram.

I e-mailed the seller 6days ago regarding the above and authenticity queries , also hoping there was a simple explanation in view of their positive reviews.
I also submitted a contact form from their website. SILENCE. There has been NO response from the company not even an automated acknowledgement of e-mail.

I have to conclude the product is not authentic and will pursue a return.
This could also account for the price.
Hence 1 star, despite the prompt despatch and delivery.

29th July:UPDATE
They have never responded to my e-mails . Following the no-response, I sent them an e-mail requesting a return for refund. NO RESPONSE.
Then I emailed them again, requesting they collect the item from me at their convenience, as my bank advised. Still NO RESPONSE and nor did they make any arrangements to collect the order, which I had repackaged.
Each time I gave them at least a week to respond.
The matter is now being dealt with by my credit card company.
Terrible company, I don't believe they are genuine.

Update: 19th October .
They have never got back to me, my bank refunded me in August , having reported the issues and following their advice and next steps including contacting the company and making the product available for them to collect and letting them know. The bank even contacted them and gave them time to respond. To date I've never heard from this company, they never collected the fake goods , not even after bank refunded.

Didn’t receive order. No reply to emails.
I’m not sure this is even a legit company… I never heard back from them and had to claim my money back through my bank.

My parcel was left outside whilst I was out and when I got home it was not there.. this is not pharmas fault but when contacting them and trying to deal with it I have had my messages read and ignored and it has left me out of pocket by a lot of money!! The communication is awful and I’m no closer to receiving a refund!!

Good sellers!

Won’t be buying again. Ordered Nexfil filler and the boxes came all dented and without the normal forms lip cream and lip pack they normally always come with when I buy from other sellers. I won’t even be using the products I brought as I don’t trust they are genuine.
