AMAZON PHARMACY Doesn’t Automatically…

AMAZON PHARMACY Doesn’t Automatically Charge The Cheapest Price Available! Leaving you with Higher Prices out of The Pocket! If you’re on auto refill the AI Bot states you have until the second email with the option to choose the lowest prices available it will charge you the higher Insurance Price Available In my case it is $35.18 insurance price and $23.35 with out insurance This should have been charged in at a lower Price! I should have had my prescriptions filled at cost plus drugs.com for less than $10.00 each with out Insurance I won’t make this mistake again!

Amazon keep moving the delivery date

Amazon keep moving the delivery date. Before ordering Amazon said it would be delivered the same day by 10:00 PM, then they moved delivery to the next day, again by 10:00 PM. Then they move the date again an other day. If you don't need your prescriptions delivered on a timely manner, then the service works ok. You just need to either order refills early or have plenty of days of supply to carry you through. If it is a new prescription, you are out of luck.

Amazon pharmacy took over the PillPack…

Amazon pharmacy took over the PillPack service which we have used for many years and it has been a nightmare. So many pills can’t be included in the pack, drugs are charged individually instead of by all in the pack and I was just told that my pill pack coming was canceled because of an issue on their end but they would not make it right. I would have to individually order the medications this time. I have change over to MedBox and my husband will be too.

I'm done with the canned responses to continuous issues!

I was a loyal PillPack user for years and never had a single issue. But since the Amazon Pharmacy takeover, the "service" has been replaced by a rigid, frustrating algorithm. This month was the breaking point.

Without any warning, Amazon halted two of my life-sustaining medications mid-fill, claiming they were "discontinued." When I asked for a reason, I was met with a wall of generic, scripted responses listing a dozen things that "could" be the problem. Why wait until the day of the refill to flag this?

I’ve had to call 5 times in the last 8 weeks just to get basic answers. Their chat is a "useless loop" of automated deflection. I am no longer a patient to them; I’m just a data point in a system that doesn’t care if I have my meds or not.

I’m done playing "Hide and Seek" with my health. I am transferring ALL my prescriptions to AccuPac. If you value transparency, real human stewardship, and actually receiving your medications on time, skip the corporate giants and go where you aren’t just a number.

Amazon pharmacy is not pill pack

Amazon pharmacy is not pill pack. They are unable to send prescriptions on time, unable to include generics even as prescribed for proper administration with prescribed medication and they simply can respond to simple request like adjusting delivery to take into account vacations. We look for alternatives. For anybody with serious time sensitive medications GOOD LUCK.

Amazon Pharmacy is the worst!

Amazon Pharmacy is the worst!! I've had PillPack for years with no problems or issues. Then Amazon Pharmacy took over my PillPack account. Every month Amazon Pharmacy got my orders wrong with missing/removed medications. They would not give me a valid explanation for why they removed my necessary medications for my Diabetes, parkinsons, heart and more. I canceled my account with them today and have signed up for MedBox. Even my local pharmacist said Amazon Pharmacy is horrible and to stay away from them. Great advice.

No answers and no recourse

Doctor prescribed a controlled substance for my 15 year old. Amazon requires a government issued ID. Dont have one, at 15. I called customer service and was told to upload my ID. Did not work. Called the next day and was told to put my ID in his account. Received email that they would ship. 2 days later got a email saying not a valid ID. Called again and basically told I should get RX at another pharmacy. Already 5 days had passed and Amazon would have to “write a ticket” to figure this out. In the process of moving RX and ci considering moving all of my families Medicines. I can’t have been the first person with this problem.

They don't even deserve this one star

They don't even deserve this one star. They just drop prescriptions from refill without warning. They randomly remove medications from their corrupted PillPack. They took ALL of my mom's medicine out of PillPack and sent only half of them in bottles. Thanks to them my Mom is now in the hospital.

They don’t know what they’re doing!

Was looking around for best price for expensive cream and AP came up as best price. Set up an account and ordered the cream and had the prescription sent to them. I wanted 30 gram tube but they said prescription calls for 60 gram and cannot do it, suggested having doctor send another prescription so did that. Then they send me a message saying they don’t handle this cream and to look elsewhere! They had many chances to tell me we don’t sell this, but made me get 2 prescriptions then tell me! Never deal with them again!

I ordered my prescription and waited…

I ordered my prescription and waited for it never came. They told me it’s coming but in reality it was back ordered. Waited 3 weeks for being back at square one. I need my medication. I could have tried other pharmacies if someone would have told me the story.

Absolutely the worst ecommerce…

Absolutely the worst ecommerce experience ever. 3 hrs of being on hold by calling 5 different numbers to get in touch with them because the no on the app is for amazon biz, and they have no clue how to get in touch with amazon pharmacy. Then they don’t even refund you for their mistake.

Very easy experience to fill my anxiety medication (Klonopin)

It has been an easy experience with Amazon Pharmacy having Amazon Prime. The delivery is free and I must sign for anxiety meds. Physical pharmacies wouldn't fill my legal prescription from a psychiatrist because they said they didn't have enough medicine to go around because of government limitations. It's ridiculous that I can't get a pharmacy to fill 30, 2mg Klonopin a month from a psychiatrist.

Great pharmacy great prices... delivery same day but could have been better

Very good prices and got pills the same day I ordered them. But the delivery person... not so good. Left a cardboard box with the medications SITTING IN A PLANTER JUST INSIDE THE GATE TO MY BACK YARD IN THE RAIN!!! Thankfully I saw it right away and took the box inside. Why would you leave a cardboard box full of IMPORTANT MEDICATIONS sitting in a planter of dirt in the rain? If they would have left it by the front door as all other delivery people do including Amazon they would be covered by a covered porch. So far pharmacy was great and easy to use once set up. Gotta do better with the delivery folks. Hopefully it will be a one time oops.

Horrible customer service

Great pricing. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! If your prescription isn’t written exactly a certain way forgot it.my My doctor wrote my prescription exactly they way Amazon told him to and they still refuse to give me generic over brand. On both the provider and consumer line you will wait FOREVER and even if you speak with someone they are NO HELP!

Less than a star - horrible service

If I could give them less than a star I would. Their process is so rigid that they claim that they can’t make any modifications. I contacted them to schedule my delivery early because I would be out of town. NOPE! Their I was told I would have to order contact my insurance first to get clearance then I would have to buy in “bulk”?!?! So now I will be out of town without medication. They don’t care. They only want your money and then they dismiss you. What ever happened to customer service?!?! Everything Amazon touches gets screwed up.

Amazon Pharmacy Consistently Fails to Contact Doctor…

Amazon Pharmacy fails to contact doctor when I need renewal of medication--- this is when I have run out of refills, Amazon Pharmacy says that they have contacted doctor and doctor has not responded. I then have to contact my doctor for a renewal and still do not get the medication renewed. This has happened many times, with medications that I have been taking for over 15 years. Never had this problem with Caremark. Amazon Pharmacy puts the burden on the patient to ensure that they are getting medication that keeps them well. Patient is now their own Care Coordinator.

I attempted to use this pharmacy

I attempted to use this pharmacy. after several calls, transfers or prescriptions, and chat I was not able to get them to give me any accurate information as to what the costs of all the prescriptions would be with my insurance. I only received a price for one and it was higher than Good RX or my local pharmacy. With the last call to a live representative it became clear that this was a hopeless cause and I had them cancel everything. Trying to use the website and chat is most cumbersome and chat kept getting me mixed up with someone else.

Delivery delays occur regularly

My elderly mom used AP since she is in an assisted living facility and can’t go to a physical pharmacy. We live in the DFW area so we aren’t in a remote backwater. Despite this, delivery dates continually get delayed. This is a med that cannot be stopped so going on three times now she winds up calling 911 and going to the hospital as withdrawal symptoms begin to take hold.

If it’s importance- don’t rely on Amazon pharmacy. We will be quitting before next refill.
