Delivery good, ordering not so.
A repeat prescription should surely be just that. Having to pay a full consultation fee for the second order is a bit steep. Yes some admin fee would be fine plus the cost of the drugs. It also necessitates completing all the details again, which should be stored centrally. Probably look elsewhere next time.

We are sorry that you feel that the charge for the doctor's prescription is excessive. Legally, we are not allowed to supply prescription only medicines without a valid prescription. The online consultation (which is free) must be completed each time as no medication can be prescribed indefinitely without a review of the patient's health. Our doctor must check your medical condition every time a medication is prescribed, the same as any other doctor. All of your details from your last consultation are indeed stored. You need only check that these are still accurate and change where necessary when you complete your consultation again. You do have the option to obtain a prescription from another doctor and send this to us by post. We trust that this fully explains the reasons for the doctor's prescription fee.

We did not receive your prescription in the post and as it is illegal to dispense prescription only medicines without a valid prescription, we refunded your order as you requested. We have checked our e-mail correspondence and note that we did not suggest that you order the online prescription for £24.00. You could have approached your prescribing doctor to explain the situation and request another prescription. We receive prescriptions through the post from patients on a daily basis, dispatching their orders on the day that we receive the prescription, usually without any problems. We are sorry that this was not the case with your order.

I have used ParmacyDirectGB on three occasions now, and always found them to be reliable. Ordering from the Internet wasn't something I decided to do lightly, but they have proved themselves to worth the trust I placed in them.
