My third provider, I dont mind admitting that I've shopped around, but this one scores top marks from me. Extremely competitive prices, no gimmicks, no one off promotions then hitting you with a huge price hike, just simple and affordable.
Consultation was thorough, taking into consideration the stricter guidelines these companies now need to adhere to for our protection, yet not intrusive. I'm happy to answer any questions, after all it's for my own benefit. I was lucky enough to have bathroom scales in our holiday rental so I could complete the video call part of it.
I'd asked for the prescription to be held until I returned home which worked out well. Delivered promptly, well packaged, complete with swabs and needles.
Website contains plenty of advice/information and is easy to navigate.
Follow up/response to emails or queries has been regular and prompt. At this point I cant find a negative to say

All my previous medical provider wanted was for me to buy again. There was no follow-up, no asking how I was doing. I changed to Pharmaesthetics Central as I found their price, for what is a standard product, much cheaper. The onboarding was easy, the video follow-up call was professional and polite. Delivery was on time and tracked. 5out of 5, well done.

Their consultation is a bit more complicated than other service providers. I had to cut a holiday short and rush home just for a video call so they could see my weight scales coz I had none where I was. The pictures I sent, the previous prescriptions and the nhs information was not enough for them, they insisted on a video just to see my weight on the scales.. it was a huge inconvenience to me that weekend and I will not be using them again.

The price was very competitive and the onboarding process was straightforward. The only small issue that I had was that my package was marked as dispatched for two days and they didn't send me a tracking number. I sent them a message about it and they didn't reply. While my parcel was delivered promptly, two days after ordering, lack of dispatch info from the pharmacy might be an issue if you don't work from home, because it requires a signature.

I really appreciate the level of care this pharmacy provides during every interaction. My order would have likely been delivered on a day I wouldn’t be home, so while the order was still processing, I contacted them through their online messaging. They responded promptly, and I was able to arrange for a weekend delivery instead by paying the difference in shipping costs. Brilliant service, clear communication, and truly excellent customer support. Highly recommended!

My experience with this Pharmacy from start to finish has been excellent. Any queries I had before placing my order were dealt with the same day. Before my order was accepted there was a process to go through which was very thorough and gave me the confidence that all guidelines were been followed.

Everything went smoothly changing from a different supplier, competitive pricing, I received my order a few days after a video consultation, but was charged twice.

Not easy to get in touch via telephone, no reply to my chat so sent an email, after a couple of follow ups, the refund was issued promptly.

I was looking for a provider too help me in my weight loss journey, i came across this Pharmacy and although did not have many reviews they were all positive and i thought i would try them due to price and ease of website. I started back in May 2025 as a new patient had my initial meeting facetime
to show height and weight the following day 2 months in and the support from staff has been incredible hope to keep my journey going.

Excellent Service. Easy to complete online consultation. Was contacted within half an hour of completing via WhatsApp to arrange a convenient time to do video call to verify my height and weight.(Late Thursday night) They called at the time that was convenient for me even though it was outside usual office hours (10pm). Follow up call was made by pharmacist on Saturday morning at my request. Very thorough telephone consultation to ensure I had no allergies, to ask the reason why I had chosen Mounjaro for my weight loss journey. They ensured I was aware of possible side effects and what to in the event of missing an injection on time. Also asked if a sharps bin was needed. Arrived on Tuesday (didn't post until Monday to ensure it didn't get above optimum temperature) well packaged in a temperature controlled pouch and gel ice pack. Also received a booklet with lots of information and weight loss record and 4 needles and swabs. Overall a very good experience and competitive price, I will continue to use them moving forward.

I switched to this company as they were slightly cheaper than my previous one. The video consultation was thorough but that's a good thing. Parcel came quickly with 4 needles and wipes. My only gripe is that the contents were a bit damp from the packaging, which is not a big problem at all. Happy so far!

I placed an order, they took my payment and then when I cancelled they held on to the shipping fee, even though they had not processed the order. They held on to the fee even after I contested it. Avoid.

Our experience using Pharmaesthetics was professional from beginning to end. They check the treatment is correct for you and you have a video call to confirm your height and weight. I’m very happy with their service.

Online consultation and ordering was easy to navigate. Pharmacist was thorough with supplementary questions which were resolved via tel call and email. Delivery was speedy. Great experience from start to finish! I first enquired with this company to move from another provider and reached out via email. The responses were speedy and very thorough! The buying process and the video call consultation was smooth, they made sure to verify that I fit the criteria which was reassuring and they also gave me advice on how to manage side effects. Once the medication was approved it was dispatched very quickly and was fully trackable from start to finish. Very competitive pricing, I definitely recommend this company and I will be back. Simple process and when they required more information, emailed me straight away. Had a quick face time to confirm everything the daya after my application and then the medication was dispatched the same day.
