Customer service & products experience
I recently bought contact lenses solution (4x360ml) from pharmamarket. I received my products with an expiration date of exactly 8 months.
I contacted their costumer service who answered me that they cannot help me as there is no issue as this meets their warehouse quality standards (8 months).
Within that message they also mentioned: “Normally, you will definitely use up the product within that period, too”
I didn’t even bother to argue to a such triggering and ignorant comment.
This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with customer service.
I had to ask if I can return the one pack at least and only then he advised me to pay extra 3,90 to return the products!
It’s obvious to me that their prices are competitive due to the short time of their expiration dates which is nowhere to be found to protect their customers (misleading) and their policies are adjusted this way to make you pay more with shipping costs.
Don’t buy from them in bulk!
