I ordered 2 bottles of VitalForce™ | Rock Hard Erection Within 3 Minutes spray online from pharmaxtra.com 6/3/25. I received 2 bottles of Yu Xiang External Delay Spray from China 6/18/25, it is not what I ordered. I sent an email to them, they refused to accept my return for a full refund. The reason is against their policy. However, on their site they offer 30-day money-back guarantee, you can try VitalForce™ risk-free. So, it is a scam and they intentionally misled the public and it is a false advertisement.
7/1/25-17:45 as per their reply, I sent to them the order # and their website address I placed the order.

Absolute con artists! Every time I have used them and asked for next day delivery they have lied and made my life a living hell! Will not be using again and getting a refund. Eumeds just with different branding. Still unreliable and unable to get hold of anyone to talk about my issues. I spent an extra £10 on next day before 12 delivery for a reason. They lie and say it’s shipped when it isn’t as the courier say they haven’t even collected it yet? Probably won’t ever arrive like last time. Dragged it out for weeks and then ended up with a refund. Scam artists. So angry they have ruined my weekend. Especially as they haven’t responded to my calls or emails.

Great to have a doctor cosulatation without having to wait 4 weeks for a phone call from NHS [which has now become a bad joke] unless your pregnant ,old or have a limb hanging off they dismiss you.even cancer patients are having to wait a ridiculous amount of time just to get "into a treatment plan" and I speak from close experience so I'm not being callous.
Placed my order on Sunday and recieved it on Thursday morning. Was kept up to date with all tracking events ,I live in the North of Scotland and I was made aware there may be a slight delay.im not one of these people that really care if I recieve a parcel a day later than expected, life's to short

I’m seeing a lot of reviews that don’t seem accurate and clearly aren’t meant for this website, PHARMAXTRA. People are complaining, but they’re not even on the correct page—it's due to similar names, and it’s quite confusing and misleading. I’ve been ordering from this site for years and have always been very satisfied. My body and health have truly improved thanks to them!

How is this site still up and stealing peoples money?
They are blatant thiefs.

I've been using this company (previously EU meds) for a year now and rarely had any issues at all. Main issue has just been slight late delivery but only by a couple of days at the most. So I think other reviews on here have just been unlucky. Meds also seem genuine and are discreetly packaged. Personally I would highly recommend

I used eumeds for several years, then the transfer happened. By chance, I found a review from someone else, and dubious at first, Obviously, I asked a few questions and just decided to go with it as sick of paying the extra delivery charge before the change over and it didn't matter then there's just no choice with this new website. Anyway long story short new supplier is absolute gem! Even the packaging is supreme next level compared. I've put a previous review but saw people still having issues hence thought another post might help. This is from a loyal customer of eumeds for several years so I'm completely genuine when I say the new sullied has exceeded and wel outdone this one! I was so lucky to find you a random review and actually take the ramskm. Guarantee signed for next day delivery. If you guys running it goes by Joseph and even though he's short and sweet in his response,you get one at least within 1 to 2 hrs NO EXTRA DELIVERY CHARGE! Been about. Iish orders now, so spot on everytime, super professional from the payment set up to the automated royal mail delivery tracking... Im only writing this because eumeds I swore by and trusted but after multiple orders being charged for the fast delivery and never coming when promised I gave eumeds hub a chance. Never coming back. Meds are genuine, I had one batch tested came back 💯 not had pain relief done but I've been on prescription for years and all I can say is in my case Id know if they fakes. I will send some off now just ensure.. Only writing this hopefully to help others struggling! Oh, and please try not to panic or laugh when you get your 'vitamins'. 😂 Panic mode was in full drive along with natural instinct if been ad but nope. Used to be simple, straightforward buying experience before the implementation of unworkable hoop jumping, technical changes, which must be affecting this businesses orders. Customers will only tolerate so “the computer says no” time wasting before ordering elsewhere. Owner of business should reconsider ease of ordering. If it’s not a simple, quick and straightforward buying experience, they will lose business.

OMG I ordered medication from this company. I paid £84.00. I submitted my order on the 15th April, express delivery, today is the 23rd April, I still have no meds.
I have tried, on numerous occasions, to contact them, they haven't replied. Please do not give them your hard earned cash they obviously don't care. I am going too trading standards today, something i don't need at the moment, but they deserve to be investigated.
