Very Disappointed with the Service-Missing items, No refund

I had a very disappointing experience with this company. I placed an order for 4 items totaling ₹5000, but only 2 items were delivered. The missing items were worth ₹1700.
I immediately contacted customer support and raised a complaint, expecting either a refund or the remaining items to be sent. To my surprise, they insisted that all items had been delivered, and refused to issue a refund or take any further action.
Despite providing all necessary details and following up multiple times, I was left unheard and lost ₹1700 in the process.
This is not just poor customer service—it's unacceptable for a company dealing with essential products like medicines to behave this way.
I would strongly caution others before ordering from this platform, especially when dealing with high-value or urgent items. If something goes wrong, you might be left with no support and no compensation, as I was.

I had a horrible experience with…

I had a horrible experience with pharmeasy and would recommend all to stay away from these fraud people.
My blood samples took more than 10 hours to reach lab which should reach within 8 hrs maximum otherwise reports cant be trusted.
Upon asking no satisfactory answer was provided nor any refund.

I had a terrible experience with PharmEasy. I placed an order for medicines on 23rd September 2025, and the delivery was supposed to happen the next day. However, the medicines never arrived on time. I tried calling customer care multiple times, but every time they just kept repeating the same scripted responses without giving me any real solution.

This is extremely serious—people order medicines when they need them urgently, and such delays can put health at risk. If you are in an emergency or need timely delivery, I strongly suggest not relying on PharmEasy. Very disappointing service

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICES APP - a WORST ONLINE SERVICES

625160092998782976-this is my tracking order ID- LIFE SAVING medicines were ordered on 11th Sep which will be delivered between (as per their portal statement) 15-17th Sep, but from 17th to till date 24th Sep, it is mentioned SLIGHT DELAYED in delivery and will be delivered today before 1000pm, but still it is not delivered. It is LIFE SAVING medicine, as a cardiac patient. Moreover, I asked for REFUND for which I have already paid, but nothing is happening with PHARMEASY-a WORST SOCIAL MEDIA DELIVERY APP?
I strongly recommend all Indians-customers, that please IGNORE this app, and we can directly go to other shops and purchase medicines. So that the high officials from PHARAEASY will understand the value of prompt customers.

Cannot believe this app manages…

Cannot believe this app manages something as sensitive as medicines. I had ordered an injection for cancer patient as I required it on urgent basis (paid express delivery charges too). It's been 3 days haven't received it yet. This injection needs to be ordered in advance even in medicals and my bad that I trusted this app until the last moment, falling prey to their promises.
Also apparently they did not have it in stock yet sold it. Inspite of that still assuring delivery. No effort made to manage it on time or provide atleast a substitute of it. Customer care most shameless not understanding a bit of what I'm talking only repeating what I can already track on the app.

Pathetic 3rd Class Service

Pathetic 3rd Class Service. Medicines delayed by more than 2 weeks. Neither are they delivering nor are they cancelling the order.

I did a google search and found so many customers facing same or similar issues. They are dealing with the healthcare sector and they are harassing customers.

I wrote to their Senior management also last week but no one has bothered to even reply.

Fraud company please do not pay in advance.

I had an appointment scheduled with Dr Archana Dalela yesterday (18th Sep 2025) at 10:15AM.
I was waiting for the call which did not arrive.
When I tried calling customer service at 10:26, I received a message that il get a call in 5 mins.
I called customer service within another 5 to 10 mins who said that she will have to look into it and asked for 3 to 4 hrs. No call received from the number ending in 300 as informed on SMS. Was told a refund is possible after investigation.

Today, 19th Sep I called customer service and they said the doctor tried calling me thrice, at 10:13, 10:15, and 10 16 and it did not get connected.
Hence no refund is possible.

I have a message from pharmeasy at 10:26AM that clearly states that I will receive a call in 5 mins.
Why did I receive this message if they tried calling earlier.

Please don't use this app and pay in advance it seems like a money making scam.

Phone numbers are JUNK. lack of HONESTY in the app

I ama regular customer. Today order no 627511285326864384 I ordered today and the doctor called me and there was just one ring from 7969541116 and it disconnected. i get a SMS to call 08046161170. I tried calling atleast 4/5 times and i get a message that the number is switched off. Then i tried calling 7666100300 and as expected call was auto disconnected. The total value of the items is above 7K and some are critical medicines. If the consulting doctors are just wasting our time not sure if i would ever order.

Again the most important if the trust. I had ordered rybelsus 3 mg ( 2 boxes) and the ordering page mentioned 15% discount. Before confirming the order i missed checking whats the actual discount applied which was 5%. For senior citizens who opt for online platforms for ease are being cheated. I would rather move to another " TRUSTED and HONEST" platform where i can buy medicines or even look at local medical shops in my area

Dont choose PharmEasy for diagnostic services

PharmEasy.
Warning to all: My experience with Pharmeasy has been extremely disappointing. They advertised on-time diagnostic services for free, but reality was far from it - their service was neither punctual nor did they provide satisfactory responses. I strongly advise against booking diagnostic services through Pharmeasy due to their false claims. Do not use this website

Do not use this website. They are frauds. I prepaid for a consultation and doctor marked it as completed without even talking to me. Now they are asking me money for follow up since the consultation is marked completed. I don't know what they are running. But definitely not a business. If you call customer care, you'll meet human shaped robots who repeats the same lines for 15 mins straight.

I have got fever profile done for my…

I have got fever profile done for my father, samples were collected yesterday at 12.30pm, till now I didn’t get the reports and I have called customer care multiple times asking about reports and they said it will take 48 hours to get the reports. I have never seen fever profile taking more that 48hours to process the samples and give the reports., what will happen to the patients if something goes wrong and if we don’t start treatment in correct time without reports? They don’t bother how many times we ask because we pay money prior to sample collection and their job is done as they received money and nothing bothers them how patients or customers suffer.
Please don’t choose Pharmeasy or Thyrocare as both are associated with each other. They just need money and they don’t bother about our emotions and they make us suffer like this

Very dissatisfied about the service

Very dissatisfied about the service, the delivery guy called me and I was in the office at the time and could not able to receive the call and I have called him to deliver the product he was simply denied and till date we haven't received the product, and they are rescheduling the delivery date as per their convenient but in that app shows it rescheduled by the customer I'm fed up about the service.its completely waste of time and energy pls don't buy any product through pharmeasy. I'm very disappointed about it.

Fake prices

The prices PharmEasy advertises on its online platform seems reasonable but when you start buying the medicine, the bill suddenly increases by a couple of hundred rupees. Very unethical organization that is best avoided.

Regarding AMH Report

I had very bed experience with pharmeasy. I have booked slot of 8:00AM to 9:00AM on 26th Aug 25 for AMH report and Pharmeasy person collected the sample. In the app, I can see that report is delivered on 27 Aug 25 by 3:00PM but till now I couldn't receive any report.
I called two time in customer care but till now I haven't received any update and not received call from report team.
Vary bad and poor services.

Delayed delivery, bad packaging and customer care

Received a leaking bottle that wasn’t even bubble-wrapped. On top of that, part of my order is delayed for over 5 days with no updates, it has hypertension medicine too. I raised a complain 2 days back, but the "support" team still has no idea when it will be delivered. The order isn’t trackable on the app. Pathetic service and communication. IF YOU ARE SMART ENOUGH, DONT ORDER FROM THEM. Order 617594841079668736.

I am really disappointed with the…

I am really disappointed with the service and am of the opinion that they have a total disregard for clients
To brief you on the situation, I order medicines from your app. I paid for the same on delivery but did not check the contents before paying.
As soon as I opened the package and realised I had the wrong medicines.I immediately contacted customer care.
They asked me to send a pic of the medicines which I did.
I expected that the company would send the correct medicines and pick up the wrong ones and close the case
However to my surprise, the call center executive tells me that they have to
1.cancel my order.
2. Pick up the wrong order
3. Once verified that all the contents are returned they will initiate a refund less delivery charges

Now I don't know why I have to pay for delivery of a wrong order but since all my conversations with the various members of their team was going no where I agreed. The medicines were then picked up on 8th August. There has been no feedback from the company to advice the status of my order/ refund

When I called the call center again to enquire about the status and I am told the refund has been declined/ denied.
