Pharm Easy is very che-ap platform to order medicine here the medicine is showing that it is available I also ordered it and also made the online payment. They are telling me on the delivery date after 4 days. It is out of stock, it cannot be processed, what is this? please don't buy medicine from here save you time and health

No star given any conditions, order accept then after waiting to much days and when expected time your order receive that time cancel and asked to sorry for that

Fraud company! I ordered 3 items of ₹3,354 but did not receive any of them. Instead, PharmEasy sent me only 2 strips of Vitamin C tablets I never ordered. After repeated follow-ups, they gave contradictory answers, first assuring a refund after return, then delaying it with “investigation” excuses. One guy even cut the call, and they blocked me on Twitter when I complained. Now, to make matters worse, the return request they themselves raised has been cancelled without explanation. Got cheated.

booked an appointment for Order ID: 5856761 at 9 am paid 549 for blood test. Sample collection agent said cannot come due to some issue then agreed to come. then asked payment to her. I said paid in app she left. Again asked for payment and I got 430 refund and asked to pay again 549. Got like 5 reschedule message.

Free refund if late my ass. Couldn't even do a basic job or do a full refund.

Piss poor coordination and integrity. Kindly avoid this app to avoid hassle.
I don't know how other apps do these home blood tests avoid this for sure. Customer care just disconnects the call and disappear and pretend issue does not exits.

Bad experience with delivery, their courier partner does not deliver and simply marks receiver not available on website without even contacting, and pharmeasy does not support.they just say wait for delivery. Not ordering from pharmeasy untill they change their delivery partner

Very bad experience. Despite uploading a valid prescription, I get a call from an extremely rude claiming to be an MBBS Doc, speaking in a heavily accented broken English that my prescription is invalid and rambled on. I am a cad patient and have low patience. Hate these kind of apps. Cancelled and ordered from my local pharmacy. Do that and they will help you at all odd hours.

Pharmeasy is a big scam...they made fraud on my first order itself. I orfered on 11 July and today is night of 23 July..NO MEDICINE AND NO REFUND.

I will visit the police tomorrow.

It’s worst then I thought. I ordered menstrual cup. Which need to be very sterilised and clean. As it is for personal care and hygiene issue. I received a product dated 2019 and the liquids came out and got sticked with the bottle and the cover of the cup got torn. And there is bag where its colour got out and stuck.

Prices shown on website and while billing are totally diffrent .not trustworthy at all.cancelled all order.

Being in the pharmaceutical industry, they do not understand the importance of timely delivery. I ordered the medicines which was supposed to be delivered on Jul 1, but everyday at 12:00 am I get a message that my ordered is slightly delayed and will be delivered today. It's being going on for 5 days. No response from customer care too. Pharmeasy is a scam. It's a strict NO to order life saving medicines.

Highly unprofessional they will charge you for express delivery and do not deliver at all , i have been still waiting for my shipment to arrive, Cheats in a new guise

I am teisha joshi. I ve booked test for my mother from pharmeasy.I ve booked package from pharmeasy comprenshive full body checkup with vitamin d & B12. Technician come to my house and asking to do other test also apart from this. I ve tell i don't want any other test rather than package. We Customer don't want to pay extra from our pocket. Why Technician is forcing to customer. Technician was forced and tell i.e company pressure to do add on from package.Technician also tell that company is telling if u don't do add on keep ur bag and search for other job. Is this way company works Is Technician selling vegetables or fruits. Take this and that. Why this pressure from company. Pharmeasy keeping qualified technician or not. Don't do any test from pharmeasy powered by thyrocare

Only interest is to take order and payment, after that don’t care about delivery. No refund no delivery such a shame

Pharmeasy are forced to sell medicine without requirement. Worst service. False comments. Wrong medicine they sell and they mentioned non returnable. Bad service.

Do Not Order in PharmEasy they are collecting payment before delivery and they deny for refund or return. They are very bad. this is a Scam
