Frustrating Experience with Pharmeasy

I had ordered diabetic medicines for my father, which were supposed to be delivered two days ago. On the first day, the delivery agent called asking for the address, only to inform us that it was outside his delivery area. The next day, the status showed "out for delivery," but the agent hung up during the call and proceeded to cancel the order without our consent.

I reached out to Pharmeasy support and spoke with Devansh Jaiswal, who simply informed me that since the order was canceled, I would need to place a new one — without offering any assurance that the medicines would arrive on time as originally committed.

This experience has been extremely disappointing, especially considering the critical nature of the medicines. Such unreliable service is unacceptable when it comes to healthcare needs. Based on this, I would hesitate to recommend Pharmeasy to anyone who needs timely and dependable medicine delivery.

Worst Experience

Discrepancy in medicine name/image/composition. Stock price and details are not updated correctly. Delivery is delayed. They will start packing and procuring the medicines after your order and it'll complete after 3-5 days, but this is not the worst case ..what they'll do is without asking permission from you or informing beforehand they'll just modify/cancel your order which will happen in 90% of cases ...I have always faced this issue. Other websites are way better than this. Pahrmeasy if you don't have enough stock update it correctly and list items with correct name,latest image and price. Also, please work on your delivery process it's very delayed.

PharmEasy thinks their customers are…

PharmEasy thinks their customers are stupid and they don’t know their math. The website shows a certain amount as cost of a medicine but when you place the order, the total bill doesn’t add up. Suddenly the MRP shows up and they offer a pittance of a discount on it but the price of the medicine is much more than the price shown earlier. Why not show the true price and stop fooling your customers.

Extremely Disappointed with PharmEasy’s Service

I placed an order on PharmEasy which was supposed to be delivered by 20th May. When it didn’t arrive, I raised a complaint on 21st May after receiving a message about a delay. The customer care team assured me the issue would be resolved within 24 to 48 hours.

However, after 24 hours, the tracking status changed to "SHIPMENT SHORTAGE"—meaning the product is missing. When I contacted customer care again, instead of offering a solution, they simply asked me to wait for another 24 hours.

What’s confusing is: if you’ve already updated the system saying the product is missing, why are you still asking me to wait as if you're still searching for it?

This kind of poor handling shows a complete lack of coordination and ownership. My sincere advice to the PharmEasy management: if you can't manage basic logistics and customer service, you seriously need to rethink how you're running the company.

Their deliveries and returns are the worst - sloppy services and they are never on time! As a senior citizen I am unable to keep waiting for such delayed and late deliveries and return pick up. I would not choose PharmEasy hence forth as an app to buy medicines. Disappointment!

I hv been ordering medicines from more than 5 years but their service is too worst now a days. I have ordered medicines with express delivery and supposed to deliver by yesterday 6 pm and around 24 hrs delay happened,called customer care service 4 to 5 times,they told yesterday night by 11pm they ll deliver medicines but next day 11 am crossed but I have not received my order and customer care people do not know still when medicines ll arrive and this issue is happening repeatedly but they are not taking any action on this.This is very painful and worst service not understanding importance of medicines.Please look into it and improve the services

Pharmeasy worst service

I have been ordering medicine with them over 3 years but most of the time they alter or cancel part of medicines without info. Sometimes they force us to use alternative or generic medicines. Worst service and noone should buy from them

It is very harassment because no one…

It is very harassment because no one can connect with the customer and this is a very bad service.
I refund my item and the return was received in 10th of May but no refund will be credited in my account and after talking with the chat AI that information my refund was failed but no one can connect with me after that and do not call me anytime and after I call over 3 to 4 time no and can pick up my call this always on hold and always talk to they are on busy busy it is very very ridiculous

Worst Customer Service ever

Worst Customer Service ever. I made an order which never got delivered, for that I raised multiple queries, but no action. They falsely tried to close the request on multiple occasions stating that the order was fulfilled. Forget the money, they have troubled me so much, it is simply inhumane. I had to skip medicines because of that, but like they care. Never using the App ever again.

Worst service from PharmEasy

Worst service from PharmEasy. They never deliver the full order and cancel one or the other medicine. If you don’t have stock some medicine, why do you show it as available on website and take orders for it. I tried again after 2 years thinking they might have improved, but still the same result. Do not order from PharmEasy.

I strongly advise against purchasing…

I strongly advise against purchasing from this app. I received a damaged product and reported it the same day, but they refused to take responsibility, suggesting I take legal action instead. I even contacted their grievance office, but received the same unhelpful response. As a customer, I reached out promptly, yet they continue to deny any fault. This has been my worst experience—completely irresponsible service. You’ll only end up wasting your money."

Do Not ever by mistake place an order…

Do Not ever by mistake place an order with these guys. I placed my order, got wrong medicine, missed my dose, told them to exchange to which they declined. Told them to refund which got processed in 48hrs. Also, they cut delivery charges and handling fees. Ended up frustrated and wasting my money and missed my crucial dose of the day. Also, the customer support is useless. All they have to say is that sir this is our policy and this is how we work.
