I ordered bulbs for my mothers day…

I ordered bulbs for my mothers day present from my son on March 10th 2025. No email have rung numerous times always an excuse. I can't believe that they were at Chelsea flower show. Absolutely dishonest company!!!!!

Purchase at the nursery not online.

I placed an online order for Dahlias in good faith in November 2024 for delivery ‘from April 2025’. Apart from confirmation of the order, I have received no plants and no further communication.
I politely emailed for updates five times from April to September this year and received no reply. In November I asked for a refund - no refund and no reply.
I would have preferred to have donated the money to the Salvation Army at Christmas.
Until the company clearly states that the growing method may not produce sufficient plants to cover orders, I would strongly advise purchasing by visiting the nursery and not online.

Don't be fooled....

I ordered 3 dahlias online in January and payment was taken from my card. When I queried in early May when they would be sent, "Helen" sent replied to say plug plants would start to be sent out from next week and I'd receive tracking from Royal Mail when sent." However, the plants have still not been received and I have not received any tracking notification from Royal Mail. I've contacted Pheasant Acres another 4 times and have not received any acknowledgement or reply nor has a refund been given, despite my request for this. It's appalling and I can't understand why they would do this and how they can get away with it. It tarnishes the RHS allowing these people to trade at their shows.

Diabolical customer service

Well. What more can I add to this sorry tale of a Nursery that is a complete fraudulent business. As previous reviewers have complained about I will add my own sorry experience. £42 of Dahlias ordered 7th January 2025. Phoned 3 times and e-mailed at least 4 times. Phone calls just produced a series of broken promises and no reply to e-mails. Probably I should have spoken in Welsh. Still do not understand why the RHS is still associated with this con man. If they have the audacity to have a stand at the Wisley Autumn show I am sure I will not be the only one to vent my feelings.

Pheasant Acre Plants..WARNING

Robert Evans, business owner of Pheasant Acre plants is a man not to be trusted. I ordered dahlia plants, March 18th, this year (2025) from their website. I rang end of May to enquire if delivery, but no reply. I emailed the following day, again, no reply/response. Since then, I have rung eight times and spoken to Robert Evans asking when plants would be dispatched. Each time he has given different excuses and promises of plant delivery next couple of days. This owner and his company are deceiving customers ( as many other reviewers will testify) by taking money for orders and not delivering the goods. He is not to be trusted and tells lies. I am in the process of reporting him to trading standards. RHS also should take note of his dishonesty and not allow him to present his stalls at their flower shows. All on all, the worst website and owner I have come across. Anybody thinking of ordering from Pheasant Acre plants, be warned....You will not receive your plants/goods. A horrible man and experience.

Tulip picking

Very nice staff, extremely polite, tulips were so beautiful in every colour. Was a great experience would definitely do again and would recommend 100%!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

I ordered and paid for bulbs on Aug 5. Numerous emails and phone calls all saying "we are just about to send out your order". Still nothing, zilch arrived. Last week at the end of November, I finally did a charge back with my credit card company but of course this is a hassle. I really detest this sort of behaviour. There are so many brilliant online bulb suppliers. This one is to be avoided. I wish I had looked on Trustpilot.

Disgraceful - product and service!

Disgraceful! I, too wish I had read these reviews before purchasing from this fake company. I also brought 3 plants at the RHS Chelsea Flower Show in May 2024 and received a dead plant in July! I have chased continuously since, at first requesting a replacement (which I was told at least 3 times they would do, and didn't!), then I phoned and left a message asking for a refund (as a replacement was obviously not going to happen). No surprise that the refund hasn't come through either. What a disgrace and I'll be making RHS aware too so they hopefully never invite them again.

I trusted an RHS gold medal winner

I trusted an RHS gold medal winner - fools gold it turned out to be... I ordered the Alstromeria on offer at the Chelsea Flower Show in May and paid for them at once. A notice said they would be sent in June. A month later, in mid- June I asked when they would be dispatched and received no reply. Towards the end of June I wrote again and eventually received and excuse and reply, promising they would be dispatched within 2 weeks. It is now nearing the end of July and I've still not received my 3 plants - which I could have bought at Lidl in May for half the price. I notice they were listed as exhibitors at Hampton Court and feel the RHS should not allow untrustworthy exhibitors, much less give them medals. I have now written to ask for a refund.

Similarly to other reviewers here, I haven’t received goods, nor a refund, from an order in 2021. Have emailed and tried calling countless times but with no reply. How they were allowed to have a stand at Chelsea this year with such a poor reputation for fraud astounds me. Sort yourselves out.

Nothing Received - No Contact - Terrible

Like the other reviews, my order was taken and paid for but not received and there is no response from phone calls or emails. It is very disappointing to be dealt with in such a way as they still are advertising on their website and no doubt taking more orders which they cannot fulfil. The answerphone is now also full so you cannot even leave a message anymore!

Chelsea 2023

I cannot believe that tonight's first Chelsea Flower Show 2023 is advertising Pheasant Acre Plants. I am still awaiting a refund of £50 for non delivery of last year's dahlias and no response to phonecalls and emails. Do not buy from them.

Please do not buy anything from these people .They are taking money and not supply the goods .Please see reviews on their own website .They have have promised on three occasions to give me what I paid for so please don’t fall victim to them

Positive - autumn bulb order

Ordered quite a few bulbs - Glads and snowdrops. Glads aren't up yet but all bulbs v healthy and fat. Snowdrops growing now - excellent, large plants. Delivery took 2 months from memory, so not 5 stars but plants excellent.

EDIT - all bulbs came up and were super healthy. Glads true to name, which is often not the case with byzantinus.
