Let Down two years in a row!

I am afraid I have also had the same bad experience as one of your other reviewers. I ordered Dahlia plants in 2021 which were not delivered and agreed to carry forward the order to 2022 but again they have failed to arrive with no explanation or apology. Multiple e.mails requesting updates and then a refund have been ignored. Bulb orders have been OK but dahlia plants a nightmare!

Not a good experience

Not a good experience - ordered gladioli and dahlias last Sept at RHS Chelsea - gladioli arrived with the wrong types - not what I ordered and no sign of the dahlias. Office phone doesn’t work so tried the mobile number and got through to I assume the owner - very nonchalant- no apologises just we had too many orders and couldn’t supply everyone - what sort of set up is this as did not receive any email or notification! He said he could ‘carry over’ my Order until next year - I said I wanted a refund and was told to text him with my order number which I did and he would sort it out - sadly nothing - it has been 3 weeks now. For a company that exhibits at RHS CHELSEA I would have thought they’d be reputable - apparently not! I’m going to contact RHS because with cowboys like this taking peoples money and not supplying goods their reputation will be tarnished. Bad experience.

SCAM

I ordered Dahlia tubers and plant in March 2022. The tubers arrived promptly, but the 6 plants still haven't turned up. Was advised that delivery would be in May, but nothing. Latest email ignored. Based on my experience, and reviews posted by others (here and Facebook), I must assume that the business owner, Robert Evans, is thoroughly dishonourable. If you cant supply, just refund the customer.
Would recommend avoiding this business.

Dahlias not delivered 2 years in a row

Same as some of the reviews I have seen. Ordered Dahlias in March 2021 which they could not send due to the problems with the pandemic and I agreed to carry the order to 2022. Its almost August in 2022 and no plants have been delivered. No answers to emails and no one picks up the phone. I have used several online plant nurseries and never experienced such blantant fraud before..... Avoid... dont be fooled by the fabulous website and RHS medals

My dahlias plants never arrived.

I ordered 42 dahlia plants which cost £309.90 in January. They have not arrived. Pheasant Acre do not answer their phone or email apart from once at the beginning of June when a lady explained that because the order was so large they were having trouble organising transport. She would however deal with this as a matter of urgency and get the plants to me before the end of the week. Sadly nothing arrived and now we are in July and therefore this is now too late for this year. I have written emails suggesting my order is transfered to next year but no response at all. I will get into my car and drive there if they continue to ignore me as this now is fraud.

No products delivered & no customer service

I ordered a handful of plants from this website in March 2021. By May 2022, 14 months later, I have still not received the plants. I did receive some bulbs in November 2021 as an (appreciated) apology, but I haven't heard from an actual human at the company since July 2021. Since then, all I've received is some vague and unapologetic automated responses asking for customer patience.

It seems the company had a bad year last year due to weather & the pandemic. I have every sympathy for this, in principle. However, I think leaving customers for so long without human communication implies that they have nobody working on customer service/relations at all, for nearly a year. In addition, they seem unable to deliver orders they have accepted & taken payment for, and the automated responses imply that this is a widespread issue beyond just myself. If they can't produce the products they've sold, and can't communicate with customers, then is this really a functioning company?
