Excellent customer service, I have ordered a chemical which I was looking to use for an experiment in the same week. Lovely team member I was speaking to, raised the order almost straight away, and had it delivered on the agreed date, within short turn around time which is amazing. Thanks to Leanne.

Faulty item replaced without question
I raised an enquiry about whether a small item could be replaced when it became faulty after a few months. Although I was only able to give outline information about the original order, the enquiries team sourced the relevant information and arranged a replacement the same working day. It was a small, inexpensive item but, as school budgets are straining, I'm delighted to receive a replacement. I have full confidence in the company to address any concerns I raise.

My order was delivered to designated address very quickly - quite impressive! Then the recipient somehow misplaced the parcel and I sought help from Philip Harris. They were able to provide information about the package and even a photo of the parcel within minutes. That helped my receiver locate the misplaced parcel.
