BE AWARE OF SHODDY PRODUCTS AND NO WAY TO GET IN TOUCH

I have recently ordered several items from Philip Kingsley. However, one of the products is impossible to use as the spray is unusable and I believe the containers they use are "not fit for purpose". However, the worst thing is that customers who in good faith spent a lot of money with this company cannot get in touch via email because EVERY SINGLE EMAIL I HAVE TRIED IS NOT DELIVERED.....perhaps this is because the UK is just some subsidiary and the company feel they can charge for junk to UK customers.

At last they responded and confirmed email address for customer services but I do believe I used the email they confirmed as I used every one I could find....however, they say they will be sending a replacement as soon as possible so I wait in hope as their products are expensive but meant to work

Really bad experience with Philip…

Really bad experience with Philip Kingsley. Placed an order for a few items in the black friday sale. Almost had a heart attack today when received the order. Firstly, I never received a thank you for your order confirmation, which had I done so I'd have had a quick look at and spotted the error, but anyway, the box receied had 2 of everything in it, plus one of the bottle of shampoo the top is broken and looks like just slung in with hardly any packaging around anything and shampoo has spilled and spoiled. My main issue is that I did not order 2 of everything, who would 2000 Ml of shampoo, for example, not me, I never have done before! Something amiss with their online ordering system and I don't care what they say when it can't be their system, systems do go wrong, and there's has for me. So I'm now left with double on everything I do not want, I'm going to have to have the hassle of sorting out a return for it all, and the expense, they expect me to return it, and will only do the refund, when they get it back. No wonder I love Amazon so much! On top of that the things I did want I now won't have, so this has ruined my whole black friday annual hair product shopping experience and put me badly out of pocket which I could well do without. Then when I called in to their customer services, got a very lack lustre response from someone who clearly has no customer service experience or ability to handle a call without further winding up the customer, which isn't hard when I have a bill for £194 of product I don't want, and now have more hassle to sort out returns at my cost! As if I'm going to send it on a non recorded label as well, so out of pocket, will be without products I wanted, now missed all the black friday deals, should have shopped at amazon or qvc who have the infrastructure to properly deal with orders and to reassuringly handle customer service queries, today's customers do not want hassles, friction less easy shopping when on line is expected with a top class professional customer services team to help out if any issues.

amazing service and products

I'm really surprised at the bad reviews! I've received amazing customer service from Philip Kingsley.

I have had dry scalp my whole life. A year ago I started using the green using the Green flaky scalp line once a week and it is completely gone since. Just amazing.
The elasticizer treatment is also great for split ends.

There was one conditioner I tried which I did not like but they were quick to send me a replacement. 5 star service !

Flaky itchy shampoo and conditioner.

I ordered the flaky itchy shampoo and the conditioner along with the tonic
I started with the shampoo and conditioner sample first as I am very sensitive person.
I am suffering from scalp issues from Jan or even before and anything Ive used had caused me more harm than good so my scalp is even worse now.
I use to look at the Phil Kingsley website since years but because of the price was hesitant to order.
This time I thought I have to and it was the best decision.
I used very little shampoo and conditioner and first time itself could see my scalp calm down in a year and then I thought Im surely settling down for these products.
Today is my third day as I started using it from last week and was not using it everyday but from today I will untill the condition clears up.
I have not used the tonic yet but will do from today.
If I have any doubts I will call up customer service for advice and would also book an appointment for the London clinic.
I may give another review after a month if I am permitted to, as it would help people with my condition.

I actually liked the products until I…

I actually liked the products until I had a bad batch of the vitamin c hair treatment. Some of the packets had gone hard prior to opening and had gone black. Contacted customer service who wanted to verify I bought the product from them and it wasn’t fake?? I bought it from their website. Wanted photos but unfortunately my partner has thrown the affected packets as he thought something was growing in them. Couldn’t send photos so customer service just closed my query. I wasn’t even bothered for a refund I just wanted the affected packets replacing. I like the products but cannot abide by such shoddy customer service. Also makes me a little dubious about how sanitary production is given what I found.

Absolutely awful customer experience

Absolutely awful customer experience!
Seems to take 4-5 working days just for an email reply. On top of all of that after being promised next day delivery I am still waiting for my order after 2 weeks now to find out it was sent to the completely wrong address.
Would not recommend at all, use third party selling apps such as Amazon as they are much better at doing the simple job of delivering an item!!!!

pharmacy department

I haven't received the product yet, but I have used their products in the past and they are good. 1* only because I can't go below that, for the pharmacy dep only, which will dispatch with royal mail, even before Christmas, while Royal mail workers are on strike, (not courier for quick delivery and better fees), still will charge £5,99 postage fee for a very small bottle and 3 to 5 days delivery, not even trucked.. Such a very bad impression about the company, this makes

Yeah don't order from them and another lady is saying the same wasted my time through order yesterday and didn't even say it's a free consultation don't pay anyone for any consultant's even if you have money like what that lady experienced it's below me her review of them should be go to Holland and Barrett that's what a free consultation man said to me for my hair loss go their first please thanks ⁉️✝️❣️😎

Good Customer Service and Products

First of all I love the products at Philip Kingsley, the Blonde mask has really enhanced the colour and tone of my hair.

And secondly, I had a good experience when my order was out of stock and Annalise in customer service helped to find a solution for me. She was very helpful and understanding.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, SLOW NO APOLOGY, NO ADMITTING THEY ARE IN THE WRONG
I HAVE PROOF OF ALL EMAILS SENT, THEM TELLIMG ME TO RETURN AT MY EXPENSE THEN THEY WOULD REFUND....

I have given them 5 stars

I have given them 5 stars, as i ordered something that came with a ‘bonus’ of 2 products - which i thought i put the code in for, but it hadn’t registered, so i didn’t receive them - I emailed customer service and they responded the next day - checking my address and immediately sent me the products. Really polite and quick service. Thank you, excellent products too.

Absolutely love this I put the bond builder on left it about an hour then washed and conditioned it it’s incredibly soft shiny and the dryness and brittle feeling has greatly reduced will definitely be using this product regularly

Still waiting after 2 months

I still waiting for my order after 2 months. I’ve been chasing the customer service team week after week and all they can say is they will send my order ASAP. I work in customer service and this is shocking, worst service ever.
As much as I love the products, after I receive my order, if i do, I won’t be buying through them anymore as if you have an issue the customer service team are useless. I will definitely give 0 stars if I could.

Appalling Customer Service

I ordered some products on the 21/06 and the products were sent by the retailer to a ParcelForce distribution unit that was undergoing work and would not distribute the parcels until the 15/07 (despite the retailer giving a 2-3 working day delivery guarantee)
Philip Kingsley have not stepped in to help, nor have they answered any emails or calls. Appalling customer service and if I could give zero stars, I would.

An example of customer satisfaction.

Firstly I'm surprised there are only three reviews thus far, however this looks to be the appropriate site. I ordered a Lorna Luxe campaign set (hair products) and there was a small error in the order. Nothing serious. However they corrected it WITHOUT asking (really, really cool) and sent a gift as a bonus (super cool). I am beyond words how this makes a customer feel - totally, totally awesome. I'll definitely be using this site again to replenish. By the way the actual products are great too!!

Hair session, very happy

My daughter had hair issues related to sebum/adolescent issues hair for a long while so we booked an appointment with Philip Kingsley. She was treated with the upmost professionalism and left the place feeling very happy. They offered her great advice and products to alleviate the condition. I would highly recommend their services.
