Absolutely brilliant job on my house sale. They found buyers within the first week and ensured I got the asking price for my property. Nothing was too much trouble for these guys. They recommended my solicitor and gave me gentle nudges when I had forgotten to send paperwork. Daniel and Arj in particular were a pleasure to do business with. I honestly can’t praise these guys enough.

We completed on our sale last month and used Phillips George to sell our property. I couldn’t recommend them enough; Clare in particular is absolutely amazing and a pleasure to deal with. Our house was sold on the first day of viewings and we were then supported all the way through the process to completion.
Unlike other agents, Phillips George answer every call, reply to every email, have a genuine interest in making things go smoothly and keep in constant touch with all parties to keep things moving! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone selling a house and wouldn’t consider using another agent now.

Very disappointed. I have enquired today regarding a three-bedroom property in the Leicester area. I've mentioned that my mum, me and my daughter 17years d will move in. I have mentioned that my mum will be mostly like a visitor not living with us 100% of the time.

However, I've been told that the three-bed property is only for two people. I was mortified. Is this a private rental or council? Council will house 4-5 people in a two-bedroom property.

Anyway, I believe is another type of racism, maybe the lady didn't like my accent.

Really - No other estate agent even comes close!
In my lifetime I have had dealings with many estate agents....and like a lot of folk I thought they were pretty much the same...until we had dealings with Phillips George. I cannot thank Clare and her whole team enough for the support that they have given in what was a very tricky sale situation.
The perseverance and professionalism is second to none. Communication was faultless and we quickly realised that we could have total confidence in any recommendations made by Clare.
We will recommend unreservedly.

Unfortunately had to give a low review because firstly after waiting 2 days for contact had to chase agents who confirmed hadnt received my email? Although had confirmation email to advise my enquiry had been sent.
Secondly when asked to arrange a viewing was then told can't because we are 3 adults, but if was 2 adults and child would be ok??? Why then was this not put on the info anywhere, as then wouldn't have wasted time applying to view. Very easy resolution to stop this but not done?????? Not the only lettings agents doing this, very poor

Having never gone through the process of buying a house before I was a little unsure what to expect. Phillips George made the whole process super simple and straight forward & credit in particular to Sam who was always on hand to work through any issues and answer my questions, often at lightning speed. 5 star service all round and highly recommended!

I would highly recommend Phillips George estate agents. After what turned out to be a challenging sale Phillips George were amazing with their ongoing support. After my first buyer pulled out very late in the process due to unforeseen circumstances they managed to get it resold within 72 hours for the asking price which made the whole process stress free. Having never sold a property before I was expertly guided through the whole process by all the people at Phillips George. From the initial valuation visit to the completion of sale they have been professional, efficient, helpful and friendly. They kept me informed throughout and I would certainly recommend them. Excellent service and value for money.

I thought that all reviews were made up, and I would never write one, but having dealt with Phillips George I felt compelled that I should let anyone who is thinking of using an estate agent to sell they should know and contact Phillips George.
During a two-year period, we tried to sell our house using 4 Estate agents with in the area including a nationally advertised one, in this period you could count on just two hands the number of viewings they generated. Most of these viewings were people who were not interested just noisy, which was obvious these Agents did not vet them as they should. They did not keep us informed, it was us that chase them and when we did you felt they were doing us a favour, stating what do you expect in this climate.
Then we meet the people at Phillips George, what a complete difference, they were extremely professional in every department, their knowledge of the area was excellent and they were very polite when speaking with them and nothing was to much trouble. They vetted every interested and only the people who they consider were interested in purchasing the property would they allow to view, and that was more than all the other agents had managed. We contacted them in October 2019 and by March 2020 we had sold only for Covid we would have moved earlier. Even through the Covid period they kept us informed of any developments. I cannot recommend Phillips George too highly. I can say that over the many years I have sold and purchased properties the company and the people are the best I have dealt with and would have no problems in using them in the future.
