Myself and partner bought our home though Phillips George. They were fantastic and offered us support through the whole process to ensure it went through okay. Although we didn’t sell our existing property with Phillips George, we certainly would in the future.

Clare and Paul have been fantastic over the past 2 years! Professional, easy to get hold of and sorted out any issues we had in our rental property. Overall, would highly recommend Phillips George as reliable and very professional estate agents. We wish them the best in the future.

The service I received when selling my mum's house was excellent from start to finish. The house was sold quickly and with a minimum of stress. All members of staff at Phillips George were very professional but at the same time friendly and always had time for me. Communication from their first visit to the date of sale was first class. I would recommend Phillips George without any reservation.

From the initial valuation with Clare and her very honest approach, to dealing with numerous offers and prospective purchasers, their advice and knowledge was invaluable.

Phillips George provided an excellent, faultless and professional service for the sale of my property. Their proactivity from day one filled me with great confidence. Clare and Paul kept me informed of progress at every stage of the sale. The use of a property file software was a very useful and powerful tool to record, in real-time, information on viewings and feedback. However, I really appreciated how this was not used in isolation and that there was always a timely personal follow up call or email from Clare or Paul. Following the accepted offer Clare continued this regular contact and maintained momentum on the sale until the day of the completion. My property was probably at the lower end of the price range that Phillips George were selling at the time, however, I was always given first rate and immediate attention. If I didn’t know that they were selling and managing other properties I would think I was their only client!
Without any hesitation I would most highly recommend Phillips George.

Efficient, courteous, knowledgeable, friendly, supportive. What else can you say? Clare and the team know their stuff. Things went slightly awry for us, and Clare helped us to remain steady. She was calm, helpful and really efficient. Claire called when she said she would, every email was responded to the same day; we just felt valued as clients. We have experience of other agents, both on line and high street, in buying a house in a different part of the county. Our plaintive cry was always; why can't they be like Phillips George. I should also say; Clare's valuation of our property was considerably higher than any other agent. We did not have to wait long for the offers at that level to come in. I do not hesitate to recommend Phillips George. I hope you do go with them. They make a stressful process much easier, and you feel that you have someone well and truly on your side.

Absolutely fantastic service. Claire dealt promptly and courteously with all of our enquiries when recently selling our property. She was super efficient and really knew her market. Sold our house for more than the asking price in less than a week. Much better service than our solicitor and at a very reasonable cost. I would highly recommend this estate agent.

Our experience with Clare & Paul at Phillips George could not have been better.
From the outset, Clare came across significantly better than the representatives of the other three estate agents we interviewed and her professionalism and friendliness was ever present throughout the process.
Sadly, we were selling my late mother’s bungalow and, living over a hundred miles away, we could not attend the property regularly. Clare was happy to take on the responsibility of showing all perspective buyers around as well as regularly checking for any issues with the vacant premises.
Her initial valuation was very similar to others and her negotiating skills are excellent so was able to sell the property at a price that suited both us as sellers and the buyers. Not only that, the first offer was received in just over a week.
We found the Phillips George website user friendly and before posting our property, Clare checked we were happy with the advert , which looked great.
We were regularly updated us on viewings and then the progress of the sale. Clare established the perfect level of contact with telephone calls as necessary and emails for more general updates.
Unfortunately, only two weeks before completion, the first sale fell through. But Clare remained positive and optimistic. She was right as within three weeks, she had found cash buyers and this time, the process could not have been smoother.
I would highly recommend Phillips George and my only criticism is that they don’t have an office in our County for when we eventually sell our own house.
