Phoenix Fitness Reviews

Excellent customer service.
They answered my question about the product straight away. So I ordered it and it was shipped the next working day and arrived the day after. I have a son who is really happy with the purchase. Thank you.

Excellent quality, great price and incredibly speedy delivery. Very happy.

After researching many brands I decided to use Phoenix Fitness to completely refit my home gym and turn a relatively small room into a full-featured workout area with plenty of available space to move around in.

I discovered they have a great value set of products that are professionally made, highly adjustable and perfectly suited to space-saving.

What stands out about them is that much of their gym and fitness equipment has multiple usages such as the power tower and bench/squat rack, the materials used are quality and overall they are highly reliable and do exactly what you need them to do in a simple and easy to use way.

Based on the adaptability of what they offer I was able to cover the entire range of workouts I do. Weighted and bodyweight resistance exercises, from bench press, squats and deadlifts to pull ups/ chin ups, dips and leg raises as well as all of the cardio such as cycling, rowing, elliptical, etc.

Many of their products are simply head and shoulders above any other brand both in terms of features and convenience, such as the folding bench, that has the most ingenious incline/decline sliding mechanism design and is the best workout bench I have ever used in 30+ years and the exercise bike that folds neatly up against the wall and takes up very little space when not in use.

Also, when I was recovering from a significant injury, I was able to rehab my foot, knee and shoulder very effectively using their equipment along with their multiple ranges of resistance bands to gradually get back to full power and flexibility.

In addition to some really well thought out products, their customer service is outstanding. Any time I have contacted them, their team has been extremely helpful, professional and responsive to whatever I needed.

Overall I highly recommend Phoenix Fitness and especially so for home gyms where space is a factor.

When it comes to getting new gym equipment they are the first place I go.

I recently purchased weights from Phoenix Fitness and am very happy with the quality, they’re well-made and durable. Initially, I thought part of my order was missing, not realizing it was sent in two parcels. I reached out to customer service, and they were incredibly friendly and helpful, quickly reassuring me and providing all the details I needed. Great products and excellent service. I’d definitely buy from them again!

Fast efficient service. Daughter is happy with product

Everything was just perfect and delivered fast, unfortunately I won’t be able to order from you anymore as customs was too expensive, I didn’t think it would be so expensive, but apart from that all was great!!

Excellent products, something different

Easy to order, great price, excellent quality and was sent out almost immediately. Great service.

Fast free shipping.
Good looking product, bought as a Christmas present. I have recommended it to my friends.

Great product and constructed well.

It was easy to navigate the website/ purchase goods. Delivery was rapid after completing purchase.

I only made one very small order which unfortunately went missing. I contacted Phoenix Fitness to explain the problem. Billy kindly arranged for another item to be sent out that day and it arrived the following day.
Fantastic service

Great find quick delivery of very reasonably priced product , just ordered another. Will be my first place to look when I need anything else.

These free weights are extremely pricey! but honestly they are some of the nicest weights I’ve ever used, and seem to be so well made, for that reason I will continue to buy them soon as I can afford more ! :)

If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered 2 kettlebells off Amazon. 2 16kg kettlebells and they’re so big you’re so limited to workouts you can do. The material and quality is not great and there is a plastic raised seam on the handles meaning that you can’t physically work out with them, they will cut your hands. Asked for a return and due to the poor quality of the product asked for a returns label and that they cover it. Postage for me to return is the same a 1 kettlebell. As I explained it wasn’t that the product was unwanted anymore it was that it was unusable. Customer service same as products useless!!!

I never leave a review like this but so shocked by the way they have handled the situation with there sarky reply ‘ it’s just company policy’ you have sent out products that are unusable.

Ordered two kettlebells via Amazon. They are of poorer quality than I expected, made of plastic and feel they may fall apart much sooner than a metal bell. The 16kg one was unusable due to how big it is and so I returned it. Had to pay £13 in postage to return a poor quality item. Will not be purchasing again and do not recommend their kettlebells.

Website was easy to navigate and view products. Ordering was very easy and delivery was very prompt.

All very straightforward, from ordering, payment and prompt delivery. Product seems good quality

Product arrived quicker than expected. Perfect condition and was exactly as described

Excellent customer service skills and items arrived relatively quickly!
