Hi David very strange that you have never contacted us about your concerns? We make no claims to be in Ireland and our site is a .com so unsure as to what made you think we were Ireland based. In our T&C's it is very clear that we are not and cannot be responsible for other countries duty fees this is some you should check with your own country before buying as we cannot possibly know the import duties of every country in the World. Sorry you had a bad experience but it may have been a better approach to contact us directly first and see if we could help with any of your issues.

Dumbbells are just what I was after...perhaps I was a little dumb though as I thought they came in pairs! Had to go back and make another purchase! Good quality and comfortable to handle.
