Qutabya Almerie. He made me feel calm from a personal call before my operation to the post op when he met me the day after surgery. I would highly recommended him as a bariatric surgeon and he was a great consultant for my procedure. The entire team at the pines has been wonderful from the start . The dieticians visited us the day after my surgery and explained what would be going on in the coming weeks and to also let us known what would be happening. Overall, I had a wonderful experience with the entire Phoenix Health Team. Our initial Frodsham consultant was very professional and I appreciate his help the procedure. Thank you Mr Almerie for my surgery on 19/6/24

Had my surgery on the 26th of this month, very happy with how fast and supported I was at the pines clinic. Very lovely staff can't fault any of the staff they work very hard and get back to you so fast. Thank you to all staff surgeon Mr javid and his team for changing my life for the better. I have had the most fantastic experience at the Pines. Every step I have met wonderful staff and my procedure went really well with Dr Javed and his team. Everything was explained to me so I knew what to expect and when and the room I was in was lovely.
Best hospital experience I have ever had and I cannot thank the team enough for making me so relaxed and happy in an environment I do not find it easy to be in.

I had a gastric sleeve procedure performed by Dr. Darrien at The Pines Hospital this Tuesday. I can confidently say that my entire experience, from the initial referral to the post-surgery care, has been exceptional. Every member of staff, from the cleaners to the surgical team, has been remarkable. Their kindness, compassion, and professionalism have been truly impressive.

The medical staff explained everything in a clear and understandable manner, which greatly eased any worries I had. I'm genuinely looking forward to embarking on this next chapter of my life, feeling optimistic and well-supported.

I'm currently sat in my room, the day after my OAGB by Dr Darrien at The Pines hospital. I can't fault in any way my entire experience from referral. Everything has been explained in a way that easy to understand and all my concerns were put to rest. I've made some new friends along the way and am really looking forward to my next chapter.

The staff and care offered here, all staff were pleasant and kind.

I had some unexpected complications with my blood pressure but it was easily sorted out by Mr Almere. The dieticians visited us the day after my surgery and explained what would be going on in the coming weeks and to also let us known what would be happening. I have been well looked after by all of the team, they have not been able to do enough for me. I have had plenty of opportunities to ask questions and been encouraged to do so. Everything is done in the patient best interest

Phoenix health you changed my life after the gastric bypass and after all the help and support I've managed to loose over 25 Stone in weight thank you so much for your help and to doctor Stewart for doing my op I owe you everything I'm just under 10 Stone now thanks to you guys. Mr Almerie did my gastric sleeve yesterday. I feel on top on the world today, but sore but other than that great. The staff here are amazing and made me feel so at home. They were in changing my bedding and cleaned my room for me. Checked in on me every hour to see if I am okay. Mr Almerie has came after surgery and today also to make sure I am okay! Made up with the device thank you so much!

From the first telephone call with the lovely Emma, to the follow up calls, it’s been very supportive and helpful. The surgeons and theatre staff were amazing and put me straight at ease. I’m doing well and know that I can get advice anytime I need it. Thanks so much.

Had a OAMB on Wednesday 29th of May. Dr Javed and all the staff at the Pines were lovely and very attentive.

I can’t thank the staff enough as nothing was ever a problem to them.

I had a sleeve to bypass done by Dr Darrien on Sunday 26th May, at the pines hospital in Manchester. She was absolutely fabulous, explained everything to a T, everything went amazing and I’m now on the road to recovery. Nursing staff on Sunday and Monday were outstanding, could not do enough to help me. Then Tuesday morning comes and I got kicked out of my room to be decorated, to sit in the day room until my wife got here, then to be told oh no can u go and sit downstairs in reception and wait. What a dampening end to what was such an amazing time.

My consultant miss Darrien has been amazing. Phoenix have been really helpful from the start. Very organised and nothing has been too much trouble. I had my surgery at the pines and the staff where lovely. I felt really looked after start to finish. I was apprehensive not being in a big NHS hospital but there was no need to be at all. All the staff have been amazing

I have had a sleeve to bypass revision yesterday with Dr Darrien. From answering questions to reassuring and checking I am ok she has been amazing and op has gone very well.
All staff I have had at the Pines Hospital looking after me pre and post op has been amazing. I would recommend Phoenix Healthcare to friends, family and anyone who reads this comment.

From the telephone calls to the F2F at Frodsham Melony, Emma sherif, Alice , Jo and mr Stewart were there to help and guide me through my procedure.
The nurses at the pines Manchester were second to none and kept all our spirits up.
They have literally given me back my life!
