Very good. Ash is a good communicator, letting us know what he planned to do. He also showed us how the Solis system worked, making it understandable.

The service I received from phoenix Gas…
The service I received from phoenix Gas has been excellent. Polite efficient friendly from all the staff I have spoken to over the phone or via Email they answered my questions or queries promptly. And the engineers electrician fitting staff/ workman were all excellent , respectful well mannered. Checked with each other, Kept me informed clean tidy left no mess at all. What also impressed me was their consideration for my self being happy with the work and for each of their team . Shaking hands and wishing each other a safe journey home. I.m most impressed and will recommend Phoenix Gas to anyone so a massive thankyou to them all

Solar system installation
Everything went smoothly on the installation coordination from scaffolding to installation. The company couldn't have been more helpful in explaining and planning from the start. and even supportive after install returning to help me explaining the set up ect. The whole team were professional and friendly. Thank you.

Great experience! Had a heat pump installed and the installation team were amazing - super friendly and professional. I've had some bad experiences with trade people in the past, but these guys were great. Highly recommend them to anyone
