I have been with Phoenix for several years and have had a new boiler from them (a few years ago now) as well. They are always friendly, respectful, and tidy. The prices and quality are excellent. All the servicemen are very knowledgeable, too. I have full confidence in them all. I can’t ask for more. Highly recommend.

Had a lovely engineer come and service the boiler, very professional and very friendly with a good sense of humour… had me chuckling with laughter…. I find all Phoenix gas engineers very polite and professional at all times. They always do a great job.

Recently had Phoenix referred to us by the council.
The council never informed us of there visit so when they 1st arrived were turned away.
Once verified and on the second visit the engineer did what he had to on a Friday and left.
He left us without any hot water so we had to switch the immersion on (at a cost) until I raised the issue and the engineer was sent out on Monday only to have forgotten to turn the main gas tap back on.
I feel this was a malicious incident due to not letting them in on the 1st occasion.
No something I'd expect from a contracting company.

In my experience with Phoenix gas is very positive from the professional way both Kathrine and Ashley handled the installation (very professional) even with a minor crisis when a part was missing they pulled out all the stops to resolve it.
Top class girls.
The installation team were very professional, excellent and very knowledgeable from the two guys that fitted the panels to the electrical installation team.
The guys where very customer focused and made the process easy for me to understand.
A special thanks to the team leader who gave me his number if I had any issues.
I did have an issue on a Friday, sent a text and thought it would be Monday before he got back to me.
Saturday morning phone rings it was him problem solved in his time.
This man deserves a pay raise top class service all round.

A Phoenix gas engineer sorted my boiler hot water problem promptly,he found the problem ordered the part and returned the next week to fix it ,it was all sorted quickly and efficiently

The visit was fast and smooth. The gentleman removed his shoes (white rugs) without me even asking. He was very polite and also not bad on the eyes (very big muscley guy) which cheered up a miserable day for me.
I look forward to next year's visit, they have set quite the standard 😉

We recently had a visit from one of the Phoenix team, Mike G.
We have a multifuel burner. Mike initially came out to sweep the flue and confirm that the appliance was safe to use.
Mike then had to revisit to replace the rope door seal on the appliance.
We found Mike to be friendly and extremely polite. He made sure that everything that he was doing in our home was explained to us and was happy to answer any questions that we had.
People are quick to complain these days, but rarely do they show appreciation for a job well done.
We would like to express our thanks to Mike and say that he is a credit to Phoenix Gas Services.

I had a boiler and gas safety check at my property and from start to finish the service was impeccable. The engineer was on time, friendly, respectful of my property, he let me know that he’d be leaving things out for me to put away which he checked I was fine to do, and the things were left in a neat pile. I told him I have an electric oven, but he double checked just to make sure which was really good incase I was wrong, showed me how the thermostat worked which I didn’t know before so was handy, the service was quicker than expected which was good because I have young children who want to run around so they weren’t constricted for too long, but he was chatty with my children also which was nice of him. He was very polite and showed gratefulness that I had moved things out for his ease etc and thanked me for being home for him to undertake the necessary checks.

I had a boiler service appointment booked. At very short notice I needed to reschedule. Very accommodating staff on the phone.
As soon as the engineer arrived he was professional, courteous and respectful.

Phoenix Gas Services we have had on a number of occasions.
The Engineers were always polite and wore shoe protectors when entering our Home a small thing but it meant they took care when doing work in our Home. But above all they did a First Class job. A great team and well done to resolve our Problems

I had occasion to ring Phoenix Gas regarding a gas repair and me experience with the call handler who dealt with my repair was exceptional. She listened to me with empathy and professionalism and dealt with my enquiry really well. She rang me back within 5 minutes, as promised, to give me an estimated time for the engineers arrival which meant I could keep a really important appointment. A big thank you and keep up the good work

Gas safety check by Phoenix Services.
The cost of the safety check was fine, the engineer arrived punctually and carried out the check without
any problem. I am sincerely pleased to have changed from my previous service company to Phoenix.

I cannot praise Phoenix Gas enough for their incredible response and amazing customer service.
I recently discovered a leak behind my dishwasher. I already had a boiler service booked with them for the following week, but as a new home owner and parent, I was incredibly anxious and nervous about the situation. I reached out to see if they could help sooner, and they immediately went above and beyond by sending their Partnership Manager, Stuart, straight to my house.
Stuart was an absolute lifesaver. He quickly identified and repaired the leak. Then, to save me the hassle of waiting around for another appointment the following week, he stayed to complete my boiler service right then and there! He even caught and replaced a failing burner seal and cleaned out a filter that had been neglected by previous engineers.
Five stars truly isn't enough to reflect their quick response, empathy, and professionalism. The entire customer journey from start to finish was seamless and a complete pleasure. I can’t thank Stuart and the rest of the team enough!
