They are really helpful and know their job very well. Very friendly atmosphere. You won't regret it.
Great instructors, very respectful and helpful throughout all day with many tips for beginner drivers like myself.
Excellent service very friendly staff couldn’t fault anything keep up the good work.
Very nice genuine people who explain everything brilliantly. A very good experience. Thank you again!
Great setup and really knowledgeable instructors. Can’t recommend them highly enough.
Session was well paced, going from the basics to getting riding confidently. Teaching and instructing was second to none. Will be continuing my bike license here.
I contacted Phoenix to do my full bike licence including CBT, MOD1/2. I asked to book in the CBT and MOD1/2 so I could get it done within a time frame but I was told I needed to do the CBT first so the instructor can assess my abilities on the bike. I completed the CBT and tried to book in MOD1 to then be told I needed to pay £50 to do a 90 minute assessment on a bigger bike before booking the MOD1 training, despite having been assessed for 6 hours during the CBT. I would rather pay for the MOD1 training and test than take the additional time off work, travel costs and unnecessarily pay £50 to be assessed on a bike that I want to be trained on. They then said I could pay £20 for a 30 minute assessment and that I cannot book the MOD1 training without it. This was not communicated to me prior to the CBT, during it and neither is it advertised on their website. I refuse to be forced to pay hidden fees on principle alone, its a dishonest way to operate. Its crazy a company like this would step over pounds to pick up pennies. I'll be finding an alternative training provider.
PS, Nick conducted my CBT at Footcray and it was by far the most professional, indepth and knowledgeable CBT ive completed, its a shame the office do them a disservice.

Had a great day with Phoenix for my CBT. Sean kept it relaxed and comfortable whilst ensuring our riding standards were improving. Made the day fun and positive.
Had some great advice on going for my all access on the very near future, which I will be doing with Pheonix
Steve was very helpful considering it was my first time ever riding a motorcycle i could definitely see my confidence increase over the day thanks to him.
Very great experience. The instructors are wonderful and they make the learning easy
As someone who had never been on a motorbike before and a bit of an over thinker I wasn’t sure what to expect going into my CBT. But the team made the whole experience smooth, enjoyable, and far less intimidating than I imagined. They really took the time to explain everything clearly, helped me work through my nerves, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived.
The instructors were not only knowledgeable and professional, but also funny which made it a much more interesting, also helped make the day fly by. Out on the road, my instructor was brilliant he didn’t just tell me what I needed to improve, he showed me clearly where I was going wrong and how to fix it, which really helped me learn and feel more confident with every mile.
Thanks to them, I’ve now got a solid foundation and can’t wait to continue my journey on two wheels. If you’re new to biking or even just considering it, I can’t recommend these guys enough. Top-class training with real people who genuinely care. Thank you guys
Honestly best experience. Staff nice and will call you out on mistakes and help you learn.
Only reason i was so confident doing my cbt !
Can’t fault this place one bit, great instructors, great place to practice I would highly recommend phoenix to anyone looking to start there bike journey, so glad I chose phoenix.
Thanks again for helping me get my full license!!!
Big thank you to the phoenix training team at sidcup. They were very helpful with the training I received. Highly recommend these guys to anyone looking to learn to ride. Lots of fun
I just passed my MOD2! Although my commute to Foots Cray for training was quite long it was 100% worth the time and money. The training ground has 2 large pads and all the bikes I used were newer CB750's in great condition and good to ride. All the instructors I had been with over my DAS course were great and enjoyable to spend time with. Big thanks to Harri, Nic, other Nick and of course Sam!
Where do I start, what a fantastic day. Vince and John our instructors were both very knowledgeable. We spent about an hour or so learining new skills on the Sidcup trail course. Both gave some top tips in a very positive way. We then headed out to the green lanes. Started nice and easily, lanes got more challenging as the morning went on. Some very technical (to me at least) lanes completed by the end of the day.
What was really annoying was I had so much fun I am going to have to do the level 2 course. Thanks Vince and John a fabulous day.
Sean and Nick were my instructors. Really great guys, i would highly recommend completing your CBT here. As advised i've now booked in my theory test and will be coming back to do my full bike licence
