I enjoyed my day with Chris he was very helpful and knowledgeable and help me with a few pointers to help me out

Booked my full a license with Phoenix motorcycle training including module one and two done a full day training for module one and passed. No problem then the next week done a full days training for module two in and around Gillingham on test routes. With only can be described as a fantastic instructor Chris.( the knowledge that Chris has on motorcycling was fantastic and he is a very patient man) On to test the next day and passed with no rider faults. 👍

Chris taught us very well, me and my son passed first time Mod1 and Mod2

From having my assessment & booking my test dates right through to passing both my modules, i cant fault all the people i dealt with at Phoenix Motorcycle Training.
I had a day before each test to practice for it and iron out any bad habits, my instructor Chris was fantastic throughout giving praise and criticism when needed.
Had to make sure i passed Module 1, as i didnt wanna join his choir...
Can't recommend these people enough, 5* service.

Excellent I’ve used Phoenix motorcycle training before and I think they are the best the instructors are really good and relaxed making it a stress free enjoyable experience to learn, I would recommend them all the time and I’am already thinking about booking for further training in the near future

Awesome training by Chris really spent the time to make sure I was comfortable with every part of both mod 1 and mod 2 and passed first time. Really dedicated to making sure we were safe and riding properly. Would recommend to anyone.

Excellent day of training with Shane in the Rainham/Gillingham area. Very thorough and patient. Felt confident enough after the days CBT to purchase and get out on my own bike.

Have been doing my CBT with these guys for a few years now and everytime I can't fault them. My instructor was Harry. He makes you feel at ease and always gives clear instructions. I would recommend Phoenix to anyone wishing to gain any type of bike licence.

I came to my CBT with no experience on the road let alone on a bike. By the end thanks to Harry the instructor on my training I felt confident and learnt a lot not only about riding a bike but how to maintain and look after it. While riding on the road I was given constructive feedback that helped me improve and be and be a safe rider.

Very good, no nonsense instruction.

Shane was a great instructor, really patient with me, given I am a complete novice, and making mistakes, he was just calm and positive throughout and that was the difference. I really enjoyed the day and would highly recommend it.

My 16 year old son carried out his CBT training and test with phoenix motorbike training, the trainer was very good according to my son, and when speaking to him , he seemed very fair.
My son enjoyed the training and the day and said he learnt so much, he also passed the CBT test which made the experience so much better.
I would recommend this company.

Shane was absolutely fantastic, his patience and expertise was outstanding, having never ridden a bike before I was slightly nervous but I shouldn’t have been, anyone looking to do their CBT, choose Phoenix, even down to my phone calls coming up to the day the team were excellent, Steve was more than happy to answer even the silly questions I had, Perfect all round experience

Completed a CBT with Phoenix and was very impressed with the training provided by their instructor, Shane, especially his patience and professionalism. The whole experience was as advertised and I'm very happy I chose Phoenix for my CBT training.
