Chris was a great instructor. Good sense of humour & very helpful.

Fully professional. My instructor Criss is extremely funny and teach me how I should to ride on real life just like examinator want to see it. Modul 2 pass on the first time. Modul 1 on the second-my fault. Definitely choice them.

I had a bad experience on a cbt a while back in Tonbridge army centre and I didn’t want to try again but this one was 10x better it changed my mind on it and I passed

Never sat on a bike before and Harry at Pheonix got me through the CBT first time. Great experience, if a little tiring (it's an all dayer), but the professionalism of Harry was excellent. Harry has a great, easy going, calm manner that made the whole experience very enjoyable with little stress. I'm now on the road and very glad I picked Phoenix to take me through my CBT.

I did my CBT with Chris who was a really great instructor. He had a good sense of humour which put us at ease when we were a little nervous and was also very friendly and encouraging. Whole experience was great! It was my first time on a bike and I thoroughly enjoyed the day.

From booking CBT to taking the test great communication.

CBT was great experience the instructor explained every stage clearly and made u feel comfortable.

Also provided information for future training if I wanted a full licence.

Would definitely refer other people to Phoenix great company to learn from.

I took my cbt with Chris at Phoenix and not only was the day extremely informative but also extremely fun. We didn’t just cover the basics of road use but we also went beyond with tips and tricks to make us safer and better riders, I look forward to passing my full license with Phoenix

Would recommend to anyone wanting to get a CBT to Full A1 Licence

I found the training useful for my bad habits and revealed the weak points in my driving technique and exposed areas which I now know I need improvement in I found that driving a 110 cc I am now mentally ready for a bigger bike as I currently ride a 50 cc

Roger the trainer was absolutely perfect and mad us feel comfortable.. recommend this guy 300%

Now looking into booking my direct access course

I was recommended to use Phoenix for my CBT training so it naturally led me to book my full bike training with them.

Throughout my time training with them, they have kept me well informed at all times about what is happening, when and where.

The trainers are all very approachable and knowledgeable and make you feel comfortable asking that daft question that you feel you should already know without embarrassment!

I’m really pleased I did all my training with them and would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Big thanks to Harry, Chris and Roger, I recently passed my full Mod 1 and 2 Bike tests! I learnt so much on my training and I’m also a much more confident rider as a result too! So excited and happy to have my full license now and all of the trainers were tremendous!
