Ben was absolutely brilliant and so…

Ben was absolutely brilliant and so patient with me, even though I was taking ages on the exercises. The weather wasn’t helpful either, but he stayed calm the whole time and kept encouraging me every step of the way. He really went above and beyond, even taking the time to explain everything to me again after we finished the last part. I couldn’t have asked for a better instructor – highly recommend

I've been taking my training with Ben…

I've been taking my training with Ben and I cannot recommend him enough. I've gone from never riding a motorbike and not riding a bicycle since I was a child to being confident I will be able to to achieve my goal of owning and using a bike. I can't recommend him enough and I couldn't ask for a better mentor to guide me on this journey.

Worth it

Even though I failed twice, the team at Phoenix Motorcycle Training Watford were always supportive and kind. I was a bit disappointed after my second attempt, but the instructors were encouraging and patient throughout the process. The training itself is well worth it they make sure you’re confident and safe on the bike, no matter how long it takes. Highly recommend them!

Ben has been very constructive on his…

Ben has been very constructive on his instructions and has helped me out so much. To the point where I got my CBT certificate in one day for the first time. I will always go to him for any pointers and tips and any sessions with him in the future

Did my TryRide and CBT

Did my TryRide with clair who was paitent and amazing. Answered a lot of question for me RE getting on a bike and doing CBT. Then I went on to do my CBT, it was great. Clear instruction and guidance. Ben made it extremely safe and fun. The advice ans support was never ending.

Just want to say a massive thanks to…

Just want to say a massive thanks to Claire for helping me do my training, she absolutely smashed it on the day with the education and getting me up to speed(literally) with something I always wanted to do

Brilliant experience

Brilliant experience! Gave us time and was clear and made it feel like a 1 on 1 with 2 on the lesson. Highly recommend and will be back for my full licence
