Good instructor and good day overall to do cbt

Just finished my CBT training. Ben was amazing trainer . Went through all the minute details to make us understand important aspects of bike driving. He was very thorough on practical training on the Pad as well as on the road.

I will recommend Ben for best results.

I just completed my CBT with Ben… was a brilliant day! Lots of fun, but also quite serious about technique and safety. I felt totally confident to get out in the road and am already planning to get my full licence ASAP. Will use this company again! Highly recommend, and particularly recommend Ben.

I believe it was a great and fun experience, went through all modules and had a thrilling 2 hour road ride. When i made mistakes practicing the instructor made sure I corrected them, therefore making me safer on the road. Would definitely come here if you need your CBT License or Full A license.

I had my CBT today and honestly, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From start to finish, my instructor Ben was absolutely brilliant. He was calm, clear, and really made the whole process enjoyable—even the bits I was nervous about!

Ben explained everything so well, breaking down each part so it was easy to understand, and he was super patient throughout. His approach made me feel confident and safe, and by the end of the day I felt like I’d really achieved something.

You can tell he genuinely cares about helping you become a responsible and capable rider. I’d highly recommend anyone thinking of doing their CBT to go for it—and if you get Ben as your instructor, you’re in the best hands!

If you want real training this is the place. Our instructor was Ben, very thorough, patient, easy to get on with, experienced and knowledgeable.

If you are trying manual for the first time on your CBT it is not easy. It is a full on day.

Having taken the training it I think it should be part of learning to drive any vehicle, you learn so much including the mindset of a biker.

I would highly recommend this place, and really enjoyed the day.

If you are late you won't be able to take the course/test.
You need to take drinks and food with you.
Use the study information sent on the joining email.

Ben was a great instructor, having done my cbt in two different countries I was able to compare the quality of courses and I can say with great confidence that by the end of your cbt training you will be well prepared for the road.

Great, knowledgeable instructors that create a relaxed environment and a very knowledge filled day.

Ben is the most incredible instructor! We had a blast and felt so confident heading onto the road. He was super clear and concise in his instructions, very calm and offered encouragement on areas we could improve on. 100% recommend for a personal experience as there are only 3 learner driver spots. So excited to start practicing everything we've learned today!

Ben was absolutely amazing from start to finish, he has so much patience and understanding it made the whole experience better than I expected. He was calm throughout with no pressure at all. Could not have asked for a better instructor.

I recently learned with Ben, he was a great teacher, was patient with us and made us feel comfortable riding, gave clear instructions and helped me confidently pass my CBT.

The instructor was great an made the whole experience very enjoyable and comfortable as this was my first cbt I would highly recommend anyone looking to do a cbt to go with phoenix

i had claire as my instructor she was the most amazing instructor, first time having my cbt done and passed i had a lot of fun out there and also concentrating on the other drivers on the road and aware of my speed but all in all the best experience i’ve had on a bike thank you.

What can I say about Claire @ Watford. She is brilliant. I was a nervous novice and she got me through my CBT. Huge thanks goes out to you Claire. Such a shame there is no option to take my licence with Claire and Phoenix. As they only really cater for CBT courses. A bit short sighted really!
