They are a scam . Called me to give me a phone offer and asked me for my card details including the cvc and l declined to share my cvc no one should ever have access to your cvc.

I’m having a bad experience with this company everything was going ok they explained what they did I was interested in a Samsung galaxy s25 ultra they explain what offers they had and I chosen one of those offers they explained first payment at the time of dispatch and this covers my first monthly bill which was £ 50 pound and delivery was next day which would be Friday however, after I made payment of £59.00 which should be £40 because of the offer he said I would get £19.00 refund within 1 hour which I’m still waiting for. Now they said it will now be delivered on Saturday and that they will be intouch with the tracking number for DPD it’s Friday and still no tracking information I’ve messaged them and I’ve had no response

I did not get my delivery within 14 days, and no one is responding at all. My money has been deducted from my account already, got the wrong delivery and returned to the given address, but the courier charge also was not deposited into my account. The name of the lady is Mary, who took my order and sent me the confirmation. One of the worst services I have ever felt.

Terrible experience, they took my money and never received the phone. Tried calling and messaging no response. Police have been contacted. Disgusting behaviour

Paid for my phone and apple Watch to be delivered I've waited three days and I've had nothing it was meant to show up yesterday between 7-9 but it was a no show so disappointed

They will get your details
After that they will use your detaisl to buy wrong phone and deliver it to your address ( tesco, or any retailer) then they will ask you for return and offer you a nice deal as compensation we will do this and that like free airpods or watch then they will ask you again for payment little deposit and they will do another contract with retailer by your name fie the wrong device and ask you again to send it back to them once you done it after that they disappear and to the retailer you are the responsible for the contract
So in mean time you dont have phone you arw paying for the phone and the phone disappeared they are getting brand new phones and making people phole and scam
Stay away if you receive any messages from a dealer on wtsp that's scam stay away don't trust their email they are monsters they don't care how you make money they are there to rip you off

Fraudulent company that takes money from the client and then never delivers the goods, refuses to answer their phone and does not reply to messages. This company needs to be reported to the Police

I sent 30 pound 12th april 5:12 pm on Saturday for first bill and the people told me you get your order on 14th april monday in evening by DPD curior service but already my order was not placed and order and not give me the tracking details i call everyday but not received my call and received call and told me i call you when i order your phone and give you the tracking details i call everyday today is 16th april but they company not give phone or not give me refund or not give me tracking details

Fraudsters.Totally fraud company I ordered iphone 16 pro max they sent iphone 14 when I asked about my order they asked me to return iphone 14 and we'll send u 16pro max.it's been one week and I'm still waiting and no response.Totally fraud beware

My 2nd review, I haven't received the phone yet, they took my 70 pounds and are sitting shamelessly.

Its a Scam

This is my second review because I havnt been replied to, I have sent an email to you about how you’ve taken £50 off of me and not sent me a phone or returned my money. So this makes it obvious it’s a scam

"I purchased a Galaxy 25 Ultra phone from this company for £48.99. They sent me an iPhone 16 Pro instead, claiming it was a 'random parcel.' I returned the incorrect phone, which cost me an additional £19.01, but they haven't refunded my money. They keep contacting me from different numbers, which is very suspicious. This company appears to be a scam, and I urge others to be cautious. Avoid them at all costs!"

constantly saying phone was going to be dispatched and whan asked for tracking details and confirmation ignores me

BEWARE! This company is NOT who they say they are… placed an order was told to pay £50 maybe £40 then it was £47.99 (they didn’t even know how much it was, dealt with a guy called Michael, paid the money didn’t receive any form of confirmation that the order had been placed despite asking repeatedly, didn’t receive any form of confirmation of shipment despite being told it had been shipped, was told dpd was to deliver it Saturday was then told that dpd couldn’t deliver it I called dpd they had no record of any order being requested I called their “customer service “ number they both went to WhatsApp chats googled the head office called them they had no idea who these guys are no one called Michael with this “rep Id exists to them they had no clue about any order that had been placed so in fact this company is a complete scam and 100% fraudulent I have reported them to Action fraud 101 and trading standards after telling them this they refunded my money then asked me to place an order again! Jokers said that this time it would go through beware stay away this company are bad news
