Also goes by Obdprice and sells Autel products. They will say anything to get an order but later after the sale doesn’t respond or fulfill their promises. Stay away! I dealt with a Michael... if that’s the real name.

I have suffered a lot to receive my shipment for your poor shipping. Other than that the shipment does not match the sample displayed in your ad. It has cost too much and more than the real value of the product. You wasted credibility and wasted my money

Product arrived in good shape. I liked the fit and sound, but the battery life is a joke. The unit shows 100% charge but the earbuds die after 30 minutes. The case will charge to full and be completely dead the next day. Don’t expect the case to charge your phone. Total waste of money.

The product ordered and received is completely different. Really disappointed with the seller. Tried to email them but got no response. The product is not worth the value, its way too expensive for a cheap product

Ordered product on 2/23/20. Was billed already and have not received my earbuds. Auto emails I received from the company states 12 to 20 days but according to the tracking, the item reached Los Angeles and was picked up by USPS either 2/28 or 3/9. The tracking site lists different dates and one says shipping partner and other says USPS. Wish I would have found this site sooner and not ordered.

Ordered earbuds and havenot recieved.
I keep getting automated responses from what I assume is an AI assistant.
The last email stated "Due to the package was shipped to the address as provided by the checkout and we shipped it to you in good faith. Unfortunately, these kinds of losses are beyond our control.
Once again we send our sincere apology and hope you can get your item soon."

Poor service. I have ordered earpuds, but the company sent me a completely different product. As I request refund, they only offered me a 20% refund of price or I need to pay the shipping fee if I choose to return the product. Their selling strategy is a fraud. Don’t buy anything there!!

Ok i ordered ear buds, payed extra for VIP mail service which is 3-5 days i wait for more than 11 days now. I have searched the company only through facebook and the comments i found there, DONT DO THE SAME AS ME the comments where good and all seemed happy (who knows they also make fake accounts??!?!?) BUT as it seems the truth is different. Now i only hope to get the right product IF i get one ........ total scam

Bought earphones from them, bluetooth connectivity only works about a foot away from the earphones. Tried to return product in 30 day guaranteed refund period, just got ignored.

Bad bad BAD service all around. They ignore you and send you wrong items. Promise you discount that you never get. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Do not buy from these guys. What you order based on pictures from their website and what you get are not the same. I ordered the upgraded earbuds with VIP delivery and recieved standard earbuds that took 10 days to arrive rather than 3 - 5 they advertise for VIP service. Then when you contact them you will experience the worst customer service. I am still waiting on a response and outcome. Very disappointed.

Ordered 2 in 1 hair straighteners (curlers and straighteners) they sent plain straighteners. Sent email to customer services with pictures of order and item received and they said they sent the ones I ordered ‘Black (Classic Version)’
When did model “YC338 Professional Hair Straightener” become “2 in 1” curlers???
