I’ve ordered the iPhone 11 on Friday bank holiday weekend and got it delivered the morning after on Saturday. There was a free very cool transparent cover, screen protector and charger with it. The phone looks like new, no scratches. Amazing service, great price, will 100% recommend Phonely!

Cheapest deal I found for the iPhone 11 in excellent condition. Irish business and the customer support was very fast they answered all questions. 12 month warranty on the phone too which is great in case there were any issues with this refurbished phone so I am confident that I chose the right place to get my new iPhone. The phone also came beautifully packaged with a free screen protector and cover which is excellent as I forgot to order those separately.

Purchased iPhone XS and came as described, in excellent condition. Great they included case and screen protector. Took 2 days to arrive. Only thing I hadn’t thought of when purchasing was around the battery health but more than happy with what I got and the condition of the battery for refurbished phone. Was at 85%.

the phone itself looks great physically but major downside in the battery health
the phone itself looks great physically but there is one major downside and that's on the inside the phone on the day of received out of the box only had 85% battery health now I would of expected this if I had chosen the acceptable quality option but I spent the extra money on the excellent option and one of the main reasons I did that was because I thought it would guarantee a new battery with 100% battery health, I am disappointed at the fact it only has 85%. the phone other then that looks great and works well but I already know the battery health is going to be an issue for me as the XS is already known to be slightly poorer in regards to how long a full charge lasts and now with this poor battery health it will be worse

Hello and thanks for taking your time to review our company . I totally agree that to receive phone with 85% battery life can be disappointing , but i can assure that 85% is still totally acceptable and good battery life even if you go to apple shop they will tell you the same , and we tell this in our description that we guarantee anything between 85-100% battery life .
And about the condition of the phone , good and excellent refers to the physical condition of the phone but not to functionality, all our phones goes through same testing process and only after all test are passed they are graded to good and excellent ( so for example excellent phone can have 85% battery life and good condition one can have 100% battery life )

The delivery came a week later, but because of COVID that’s understandable. But I got the tracking code the same day I bought the phone.
