I am 88 years old and rely on my phone for virtually everything. Without it I am lost.
This morning I contacted BT,who supplied the phone,an Oppo 72, as I could no longer access my apps, on which I rely for payments and contacting family overseas. hey tried their best,but were unsuccessful and suggested that I contact the manufacturer Oppo. They likewise tried,but suggested I contact EE. My son took the phone in,and their short response was that they could not repair it. Son then found Phone Repair Doctor,a short distance away. Here it was repaired virtually in minutes,and the person in the shop would not accept any payments.
I have phoned and thanked him,and would like to place on record my appreciation for what he did.
Service was brilliant, and it is hard to find people like this nowadays,recommended to anyone

This was my review in July (just after my iPad had been repaired - "Excellent service and quality repair to my ipad. Would recommend."

This is my review now - "AVOID AT ALL COST, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!". The screen on my iPad has developed a 'dead' line the entire length of the display. The iPad has been carefully looked after since repair and kept in a protective case with a rigid back.

Phone Repair Doctor claim that the iPad has been "bent". They also said that the line relates to the original damage (which the replacement screen repaired). And they now say that the repair has no warranty. This is the hard/costly way to find out about terrible 'after sales' service. I hope that anyone reading this will not have to spend £240 to learn the same lesson!
