DON'T IT'S A SCAM

I am like the others I paid to have 4 phone unlocked. "they couldn't do it" I have been waiting since October 21st for a refund. Yesterday I was told that there was a techinically issue on their end. I would have it in 12 hours. Well 12 hours have passed and no refund. I finally told them I am going to get my lawyer after them.

SCAM

I paid for this service (Order #338061) before reading the reviews on here. I wish I had. It feels like a total scam. I got the mail saying they could not unlock my phone and refund would be within 5-7 days. Needless to say no sign of my refund. Total scam.

5 Stars for a Great Idea

I’m only leaving 5 Stars because I decided after reading the reviews not to try the product. $13 isn’t a whole lot of money to loose if the service doesn’t work but the company advertises that they can unlock ANY phone (that’s why I clicked on the advertising I came across). I’m not sure if they can comprehend what ANY means, but ANY means “ALL available” such as “ is anyone going” means “all who are here, are you going”

Too many complaints of failure to unlock with promises of a refund that takes too long to receive back. I purchased a IPhone Pro Max 11 in full for over $1200 and I’m not gonna try to unlock it with a service that doesn’t have satisfying reviews. If someone from the company reads this try to change things because we consumers read reviews and decide against using services based upon reviews. We don’t take time to leave a review as I’m doing.

I’m leaving a review with five stars because the idea for a service like this is absolutely amazing, however, if the desired outcome is substandard, it’s best to close shop cause those few dollars you get from dissatisfied customers doesn’t mean anything compared to what you could get with 100% satisfied service and customers who tell others online and inperson to try you guys out.

Put scammers out of business

I have had exactly the same experience as most of the other writers reviewing this company so I'm not going to repeat my problem other than to say I have not received a promised refund and I'm sorry I didn't read Trust pilot first.
Not only is phonesunlockshop scammers but their billing company Cgbillingcom*digital GE has some practices that have caused complaint , have a look at some of the reviews for them.
Buying goods and services online should be a pleasant and safe procedure without causing stress and upset to unsuspecting people. Companies likes these two are doing a lot of damage to online business. Phonesunlockshop spend a lot of money advertising not only on Google but eBay worldwide and it is time these companies closed down the scammers.
And Phonesunlockshop please do not respond to this review by asking me to contact your customer services, I've already done so only to be given more false promises.
Update. received my refund this afternoon at 14.28 this was five minutes after being advised by Phonesunlockshop and two hours after I posted this review.

Joining the unhappy customers

Joining the unhappy customers, first it was not $4.95, they charged me $12.95, after waiting a day, recieved an email they couldnt do it on my 2017 LG V20, that I purchased, paid for in full from verizon. Said I would get a refund in 5 to 7 days, After complaining on length of time, a csr named Sam said up to 7 days. Today is the 7th day. No refund. Sent anorher email asking them to do what they said, Sam replied if it is not done in 3 business days, contact them so it can be fixed immediatly. Today is thusday, so Friday, Monday, Tuesday makes it 12 days, almost 2 weeks!! So, contacting my bank to declare this a fraudulent charge, they will reverse it. Will check account first, but doubt they will do what they say. Entirely ridiculous to wait this long, should have processed in 24 hours when they knew they couldnt do it. A "zero" star rating if it was an option.posting on facebook where I will ask over 4000 friends to also stay away from this supposed company.

Don't Trust Phonesunlockshop

First off, these weasels come across like they are California, so I was surprised when I looked at my VISA statement and found that they are in Spain! The charge for the $12.99 was posted as "CGBILLINGCOM* GE ROWLANDS GILES" Good luck to the guy that wants to "take them to the DA!"

I paid these scammers $12.99 on Jan 1, 2020 to unlock a Samsung Galaxy S5 I had bought on eBay. On Jan 2, they responded by email that they could not unlock my phone, and a refund would be received "in a few days." It has now been 2 weeks, and no refund. I can't get in touch with them since they carefully avoid giving out their phone number, but I did tell them today, Jan 15, 2020 that if I don't see a credit on my VISA within 4 hours I will start a dispute. Their response came within minutes, saying that they had "reprocessed" my refund and it would show on my VISA "in a few business days." I filed a dispute with VISA today.

Saved me from a bad time.

Thanks to everyone for sharing their experiences! I made it all the way to checkout, cancelled my order and decided to do some research. Their website looks professional enough, but their prices are very... interesting, too good to be true. The industry standard is in the $100 - $180 range for a newer iPhone (I own an Xr) from what I've seen on other websites and from local shops. So how could they charge $12.99? Their treatment of customers confirms that something is rotten.

I ordered a iPhone 6 unlock code for…

I ordered a iPhone 6 unlock code for $12.99, on because there was a dr here that left a 5 star review and so I figured well someone left a good review and this company must be legit in some way. Wrong!!!! No code, no refund. It’s not much money so I’m not feeling so bad but I just hate that companies like this are permitted to operate without consequences. Horrible.

AVOID - Phonesunlockshop.com at all costs

I'm sorry I didn't read here first.

I paid $12.99 for unlocking a phone. I received an email saying "Orders are generally delivered within 12 hours, however please allow up to 24 hours before contacting us"

Absolutely no response from this company whatsoever, and needless to say I did not receive the unlock code.

As per previous reviewer, do avoid this service like you would the plague.
