I reported this to my bank as a fraud and I hope they verry soon loose ability to charge credit card.
My answer to phone shop response:
Bulshit with your replay. I send over 70 emails and your automatic response is always the same from “sam” who is scamm! This is obviously autobot response. Those gus are criminals be aware!!!!

It is easier to get answer from you here than from your email. I attached the charge from my credit card at 20th of August. No refund till now!!!! Normally refund time is max 3 days but from you who stealing money from people the refund process time is taking forever or never ;) Scammers, you will end up in the jail for sure!!!
