Hello. I purchased an Anglerfish adapter with a nut for an Ikelite housing from Photoexperter.com. The website said the items were in stock. It's been almost a month and I haven't received the item. I haven't received any response to my several emails, and the order still says "in progress." There's no other way to contact the store. This is a scam. Don't buy from this store; it's a Chinese knock-off. It's a waste of money. I don't recommend it. Piter

I placed an order with Photoexperter on September 10,2025 for an L Bracket for my DSLR camera. The order was acknowledged by them and money put on my credit card as payment. I received a tracking number when they said the order was shipped. On the date they said they delivered the package to my residence I was home and no package was ever received by me. I sent messages to their company and at first received replies however never did receive my L Bracket and never got a refund. Eventually all correspondence became one sided and they stopped replying to my messages. This is very obviously a fraud and scam Chinese Company, I would never deal with them and if you do you will just loose your money.

I recently went into photo Expert at Meadow place Edinburgh. I wanted to download some photos from my phone but have no experience on how to do this. The lady running this place was so extremely helpful she processed the whole thing for me explaining patiently step by step how to do it. She had a queue but still made time for me. A fantastic service, a lovely kind patient and helpful person. If you need photos done and are not a tech wizz just go there. Really great frames on sale as well.

Fantastic experience of having photos taken of me and my husband in a local park on a sunny day.Lovely lady photographer gave us excellent photos which we shared with our friends and used as Profile.

There was a very nice atmosphere. I liked the session very much, I didn’t feel stress even once, which sometimes happens in such situations. Very professional approach to the client, great fun and amazing photos.
