I was hesitant in using this company after reading some of the reviews. However, I found them to have very good communication as they emailed me the progress of the items and sent replies within a day of any concerns I had. My items came and they were just like the photos. I didn’t realise they had a piece of film covering over the acrylic to protect the slide from scratches as it was done so well. After removing it looks amazing. Thank you so much for a great experience! Will be using them again.

Where do I start with this company. First of all they are neon impossible to contact. Took me 3 weeks constantly trying to contact them until I got some response. They refunded part of my order without telling me. They couldn't deal with an image sent. They even gave me a totally different item than what I ordered and even with screenshot proof of the item they still say I ordered the one they sent. Avoid. Not a good product anyway and the service is shocking. If you have low expectations and are willing to search high and low for multiple contact emails and hit lucky with one then good luck, I suggest any email you do not cc one as my mistake was assuming one email address was incorrect and not 2. I am one present down for my dad and only just realised now a week after they refunded me that they didn't get my response. They could call they won't. They could process the image you sent they didn't they could listen and look at your order confirmation from THEIR website they won't. Wish I never gave them a penny more stress than its worth.

At first when I received my two acrylic night lights I thought it had scratches on them. After emailing them they got back to me within an hour or so informing silly me that there’s a protective film on it. Once that was off the scratches were gone lol. One of the acrylic didn’t fit the base so I just had to file it down a bit to fit. Great customer service and my nephews are going to love them. Minus 1 star because I had to one file down to fit the base.

Took over 2 weeks to ship the product even after paying VIP charges…. Shipping took another 2 weeks to arrange.. quality is just hopeless

The cushion they charged me £30 came today abdolute joke its about the same size as my tv remote. Dont know how you can say its a cushion

Scam do not buy from this dodgy. It’s Chinese not Australian!! Will pretend your order doesn’t exist. If your used PayPal get a refund ASAP

Terrible incompetence in service, x2 wrong moon lamps with wrong inscription and no resolution. So disappointed. Just constant emails not recognising the problem. Don’t put yourself through it!

This website is absolute garbage, tracking is ridiculous and confusing, takes over a month for shipping, doesnt even matter if you pay extra.I spent almost $40 because I didn't realize the website was in USD not CAD for a keychain. I ordered it TWO MONTHS AGO and it still hasn't arrived. so i was trying to cancal my order for a refund i went online and i found their contact info which is EIGHT FOUR FIVE FOUR 8 ONE

I ordered one moonlamp as a gift for a friend it took about 3 weeks im so thrilled with it it took me a while to workout how to turn it on a I absolutely love it thou I got a shock when went to pay it was more as it is American money but apart from that im thrilled with it

The worst product ever and I paid for express shipping that didn’t happen. It looks like a photo copy of an elderly crack screw this company taking everyone’s money 😡

The product is pretty cheap! It has no on off switch for the moon lamp. To use it you have to charge for an hour then light it then wait till it goes off by itself. Also ordered a key ring at 25 dollars and it was soooo small. Next was the express shipping. It took well over a month to get the product. They don’t have any where on the website to say it will take ages. Absolute rip off and waste of time. Don’t purchase it. You have been warned

The services they offer at photomoonlampuk are truly shocking. I ordered a product, after paying for it I was informed it was not in stock and offered to reimburse me. I accepted the reimbursement which never arrived. Weeks later they emailed to say they have just posted the product which I did not want anymore. They then emailed to say it was a misunderstanding and will reimburse, then retrace that saying the product has just been posted. A TOTAL MESS. AVOID THIS COMPANY.

Please don't waste your money!! Don't ever use this company for purchasing a product of this kind. I received a poor quality lamp that didn't even blend in the picture properly and looked extremely tacky. It was meant for valentines present and I was extremely disappointed. To top it off their customer service team don't even help you, they just give you responses that seem pre-empted and copied from a script. Never again!!

long story short, order my moon lamp on Jan 28, and received it February 26th i stay in california and watching the shipping was interesting it would come close to the city close to mine then would go 6 hours away and then a week later come back to a city literally next to the city it was before and i finally got my package and i payed for the fast shipping which was 5-8 days.

overall i like the photomoon lamp it turned out great everything works.

spent over 200$ before i read the reveiws and honestly if i read the reviews before hand i probably wouldn't had order anything.

nor will i order anything again because it just takes to long in general.

quality of it is basically the moon 3D printed so if u no what a 3D print quality its the same structure and everything but again overall i like the photo moon lamp its nice.
