I’m so so grateful to PHOTON really you guys have changed my trading forever. Got into Photon at start of 2023 & what I learned from them it’s priceless. Matt, Tomas, David, Thankyou so much. Trading has become so much more mechanical & systematic.

I spent 1.5 years of effort, none of the strategies work, there are times when you cannot get transactions for days, and the transactions you get are risky and you are usually stopped.

The study concept and roadmap are perfect. There are a lot of work in it. Precise, step by step course. Really fantastic.

To anyone considering Photon, here's an honest review from someone who completed a year-long subscription.

Pros:
• Matt is an excellent teacher.
• The lessons and meetups are high quality.
• Most questions are answered thoroughly.
• Teaches strong discipline.
• Provides excellent testing spreadsheets and guidelines.
• Organized course with extra resources.

Cons:
• Technical targets are not clearly explained.
• There's little focus on live trade management; more scenarios are needed beyond a summary of options.
• This can hardly be called day trading. While choosing between day or swing trading is up to us, people buy subscriptions for the markups too. This is a very low-frequency strategy.
• The liquidity models seem ineffective, resulting in fewer opportunities and wins.
• It's tough on psychology; you can wait weeks for a setup and then face a series of losses.
• The strategy often fails to capitalize on most market moves, even with new phases recently implemented.
• Target changes are sudden. Targeting 2 to 3 R often just breaks even, considering the commissions.
• The advertised mechanical framework requires discretion, meaning success depends heavily on individual judgment.
• Misleading (in my opinion) promotions about trading with a full-time job. (Yes, you might make it work as a swing trader with them.)

With over 2,000 members at a high cost, it's clear how they make money. It's easy to tell others to be patient when you’re benefiting from subscription fees. The excessive advertising and claims are questionable. I also find it hard to imagine someone with a full-time job managing this strategy, especially given the very low-frequency trades and the serious need to let the probabilities play out over a year.

The explanation that we lack experience and discipline doesn’t hold up after a year of backtesting and forward testing with Photon. The mechanical outcomes are unimpressive. You might make money over a year, but it requires constant chart monitoring. As a day trader, waiting over two weeks for a setup only to face a loss is disheartening. Wins do occur, but not enough to maintain good psychological health.

The new liquidity models and phases might seem attractive, but they offer fewer opportunities and wins, making them not worth it for me. The most important things I learned from them are discipline, testing, and self-control. This strategy might work for some, but it does not qualify as day trading at all, at least for me.

If you do join and make money, I wish you all the best. This is just my personal review.

Having completed a year with Photon I can confidently say my trading has been revolutionised. I can now look at a chart and have a structure method and plan to enter a trade with confidence. Just as important though is that I can see when there are on set ups and go do something else. This is the only trading course you will need- if you put in the work.

My honest opinion from the Membership in this Community is absolutely incredible. Going through the course content, the first and the most important thing that made sense to me is the way how Photon builds its Structure concept. The Structure makes everything clear in the market, even if it is not clear. Completely mechanical way of identifying immadiate Orderflow, Multi timeframe analysis and Phases helped me to clear out my hesitations in looking into the charts. Another great strength of the community is its Meetups. Coaches are very friendly, patient and passionate about improving themselves as well as students. In the Meetups, different level of students can ask different questions depending on their experience, but the answers are always satisfactory and to the point, even language barrier does not keep it out of topic. Coaches truely understand the questions and depending on the question they automatically identify what the level of the student is and what is he/she feeling and what should be responded. They provide it with indepth analysis and step-by-step approach. I do recommend the course for those who really wants to learn a strategy that is backed with data and in-depth analysis with effective results depending on their own performance.

First thing first they provide you with everything you are going to need on this journey of becoming a successful trader and I love the market recaps they provide so you can compare your analysis and their analysis to see where you must improve and how they view the market. I love that they do notify people(members, no matter you are on the V.I.P group or not) if they are going to be changes.

I recently completed the Photon trading course, and it has truly transformed my understanding and approach to the markets. yes, I confirm photon has the best program, the most important is their course structure process is incomparable. the only thing I didn't like, is Matt keeps reputed the same things many times on multi videos to make it too long

I was looking for a good trading course that could teach me everything on detail from start to finish. I already have some experience but I have never been profitable, I always used multiple strategies without any sense and wanted to start from scratch again.

I heard about this course so I gave it a try.
Since the first lessons, I realized that everything is accurately explained and I never had doubts when passing to the next lesson.

English is not my mother tongue but I followed the course without problems. Every chapter has a theory lesson but also a practice lesson where you can see on chart what have you learned right before. I think this is very important since on theory everything seems more simple and on chart you could find yourself lost.

Now when I look at a chart I can finally understand what the price is doing and where it could go and why. Have all of this knowledge and knowing that I can rewatch every lessons when I need it gives me much more confidence in what I'm doing.

I never thought I could learn so much. This course deserves very very much and I'll always suggest it to everyone who's searching for something like this.

05/07/24 update: just wanted to update after some time I have finished this course. While I was fresh from the course, I tried to pass a small prop firm challenge to put to test everything I learned. I passed the first phase in 2 days and the second one with only ONE TRADE. On the meanwhile I had a $40 personal account that I flipped to 130$. Before this course I tried many other strategies, courses and expert advisors without results. Couldn't believe it when I saw those results!
I couldn't reach the payout because I had some difficulties at home and my psychologies suffered about it. So I tried again but I didn't pass the first phase. I couldn't understand what was wrong, so I decided to rewatch everything again and I discovered I was making a technical error because I remembered something wrong. My fault was to not study again and again everything. This course has to be taken seriously, you have at your disposal everything you need to earn money. I think that studying it every weekend is just the minimum to start. Hope to updated again this review after reaching some payouts and obtain some bigger accounts.

I have had my share of experience when it comes to educational trading groups buy from my expereince here is why Photon is the number 1.

1. Educational lessons are not to long and easy to understand.
2. You get daily morning and afternoon analysis of charts.
3. You get an afternoon video review of the days trading
4. If you have a question, it gets answered in a decent time and manner
5. You get a mechincal trading system that allows minimise an trading bias you have.
6. They do a backtesting session that allows you to follow through. It starts from September 2023 and hoefully will go through to current time
7. Not a day trader, not an issue, they have swing trading plans that give you daily analysis, review and back testing sessions to follow.

and no doubt there will be more to come.

Yhe amount of value given is incredible and I am very happy.

Honestly the best community I've been in. The course is crystal clear. If you really want to learn a solid strategy then this is the place for you.

Never ever seen a mentorship / course like this ever before... completely speechless all the modules are soo structured and in depth with line theory explanation and chart walkthrough i will highly highly recommend almost more then 100+ hours of beginner friendly content. if you wish to learn how market functions and the logic behind every move... then this is it. you will never regret sending you valuable and money at Photon . this is nothing i a, completely speechless

they do answer your questions even though when it seems pretty common don't be afraid to ask remember this quote ( “The man who asks a question is a fool for a minute, the man who does not ask is a fool for life.” ― Confucius

second i like how they update the strategy always adapting to a changing markets ( LC-2A & LC-1 )

the course has so much information and much more videos and webinars archived there's just no way i finish that in a month i need like a year or two to really get everything drilled in because trust me i tried to speedrun this you will forget it easy without time and practice for each concept

i also like the Support section where you can ask any question it's very useful usually you will get an answer by some of the coaches or a member of the community with like 1-3 hours sometimes faster if their in there answering others

another thing is @Matt Don every 2 week in tuesday where he does a Pair recap and Q&S NEVER miss those you get real time access to matt and you can ask him what ever question and he goes above and beyond in details answering your question ( literally the SAUCE ) with way way more details than a question asked in a chat room or that's what i've seen from my time here

thank you @Matt Don @Tomás and @David Mc for you patience with me i know i'm a noob now and you may have heard the same things a thousand times but trust me i deeply NEED to hear an answer to them straight from the masters soon will adapt and be more precise with my question, i appreciate the time you guys give in the meetups you have been doing this for years now and still top coaches out there.

the strategy actually work give it your all.

A highly structured course taking you from total begginer to a profitable trader. If you take this corse the only obstacle to failure will be yourself - all the tools needed to succeed are given. Highly recommend!

It will only take him 2 mins to show PROOF that he is profitable and that he really makes money from the market. But ofc he will pull the privacy card and not show any proof. WHy would i listen to you if you have no proof of making real money from the market??

1. It takes less than 5 minutes to prove profitability through broker statements
2. Nothing would solidify a channel's competency or increase course/service sales more than showing these documents (btw, I'll pay for a third-party audit if cost is an issue for these millionaires)
3. Every single criticism of a trading influencer would be destroyed if they just showed these documents - this list includes many of the proven frauds like ICT, Riley Coleman, and The Trading Geek. Don't embarrass yourself in the comment section.
4. Ask yourself why they won't spend 5 minutes to get these documents while going through huge amounts of effort to appear profitable and arguing against criticisms
5. Everything in trading can be easily faked or manipulated except for third-party-verified broker statements - there are NO exceptions, don't ask me BuT wHaT aBoUt-No. No exceptions.

Photon Trading has the best course and community I have seen in the trading space. High quality content on goal setting, self mastery, technical analysis and psychology. The way the strategy and technical analysis has been packaged is easy to follow and comes together well as you progress through the course, leaving you with an incredibly in-depth understanding of the market.

There's also the Photon Discord which is a very healthy community full of people who are doing what it takes to succeed in this space. The Photon team is always there to answer questions and the daily chart markups + recaps are a massive value adder for practicing the concepts taught in the course.

If you are looking for a start-to-finish course to master trading this is the place to be.
