I had logged into my account after not accessing it for a while and realised some of my courses weren’t showing. I was eager to log in and then worried when I couldn’t access my courses. Patrick resolved my issue with about 10 minutes after I emailed him. I was delighted at how quickly this was done and he was extremely helpful, as always. I didn’t have to wait to get back to my course and could start again immediately. Thank you very much

Thanks to Pat and the gang at Serge. I lost everything (I thought) during a maintenance round on their servers. But after a few days of email exchanges, Pat "The Wizzard" was able to tell me that everything was fine and when I checked, everything was in place. Good job And Thanks Pat :)

Taking pictures on holiday has been with me for at least 40 years now as I glance through the hundreds if not thousands of “happy snappies” taken on an Olympus Trip film camera. Knowing now what I didn’t know then, the odd one or two are OK but the rest are for file 42, aka the trash can. It is so easy to see why; composition and light! Holidays are a time that the camera should not come out of its bag. More often than not, people you travel with will have little patience waiting for you whilst you research the area to get THE picture, and who have little intention in getting up close to golden hour!

Then came the opportunity to photograph the Northern Lights on a Norwegian Cruise in 2018. It even had a money-back guarantee that if the aurora Borealis were not seen, then one would get our money back. I invested in my first DSLR, a Canon EOS 50D, along with an expensive wide-angle lens. The Lights did indeed show but my exposure time, composition and focus were all wrong; utterly crest-fallen!

This prompted me to join the local photographic club, but the pics still didn’t pop out…until I subscribed to Serge Ramelli’s on-line classes, catering for people who, like me who had just started, to the professional end of the market. It was transformational in every sense. I had been using canon software to edit the RAW pics but I hadn’t a clue how to find my way around the software. I quickly ditched this in favour of Lightroom, and have never looked back. Using Serge’s presets sped up processing time significantly, with pictures I finally had confidence in showing to other people. This was, and still is, well supported by Serge’s continued weekly sessions on critiquing members’ pictures.

Don’t procrastinate. Sign up and experience the ride as you progress through the craft of becoming a successful photographer! I’m sure I have!

I love the courses and how much Serge enjoys teaching and helping those of us that are just starting out in photography.

My issue was handled quickly and easily.

I emailed on a Sunday night about a question regarding one of my trainings, not expecting to hear back until Monday. Within 30 minutes, I had a reply and an answer to my question.

Serge works incredibly hard to make photographers successful. His tips and tricks are always useful - and I have taken several of his online classes that have totally amped up my post-processing. Definitely recommend engaging with Serge, he brings tremendous value. If you want your photography to jump up, go with Serge! And his support staff are totally there for you as well, so it is quite a powerhouse combo!

Patrick at Photoserge was responsive to my question of a link that I didn't receive. He placed item in my Library and was able to easily access the item along with my other Serge Ramelli's courses.

Serge Ramelli is a great photography teacher. His enthusiasm and passion come through in every lesson. I’ve learned so much from his courses.

I am really getting frustrated. Every time I have a technical issue they tell me I’ve canceled the service. This is after weeks & weeks of waiting on resolution. Then I ask why I’m being charged? Now the 2nd time & waiting for a response. I’m losing so much time waiting on their technical that might cancel for real!

I signed up for a free service from PHOTOSERGE with an offer for monthly services which i declined to agree to. Never used his free service nor his offer paid service..
I DISCOVERED DURING AN AUDIT BY MY CPA THHAT IN WAS CHARGED FOR MULTIPLE MONTHS.
I wrote tp Serge and explained this mistake . They would only refund Me one month charges. I expected better response . I feel that is a slimy way of doing business. Im filling with my card for fraud.
I will never come c,lose to this units action.
