They are very responsive, received my order in 2 days, and all worked as described, needed to remove thousands of pics from my phone!!!!

Ordered this product in the summer of '24 to backup pictures on my phone. First time I created an account on the app, and connected the product to my Android phone, it backed it up with no problems. Felt great I had found a good product. Late '24, after tons of new holiday pictures, I went to refresh the backup from my phone. Device was never recognized by my phone as being connected. Followed all the steps to remove case, clean port, close apps, restarted and did hard shut-down and restart of phone...NOTHING! I contacted customer support - took DAYS for them to respond back. Had a few tests to follow, which I did, and didn't work. Reached back out to customer service - again took DAYS for them to respond to see if it was the actual device...connected to my pc no problem, not my phone. They told me if that occured, the device was bad they they would send me a new one - they did that! I just got it and spent now 1+ hour again doing everything possible to make the replacement item connect and work (even created a separate/new account with a separate email)...didn't matter, nothing worked. Out $80, hours of frustration, poor customer support experience and I am so done with this. I do NOT recommend this product to anyone. Now, on to do extensive homework to find another solution.

Bought the picture keeper stick about 10 years ago and saved a whole heap of photos. Now trying to access them and it won't load the photos. Says there's a corrupt file although I've hardly ever used it. So annoyed.

The "customer service" is horrendous, when I contacted them to say I needed to return it (within the 30 day period) they responded right away with a "solution" that would work. It did not. I replied and let them know that and then.... nothing. No reply. No one ever answered the phone, just a recording saying that it was their "busy season" (September???). It was only when I filed a chargeback with my credit card did I finally hear from them. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

I I could give a zero I would!! This picture keeper is a rip off!! It doesn't load the described 128 mg and not its taking an hour just for one photo to load on picture keeper. No one answers the phone when you call and when they do decide to respond to an email, their resolutions are not clear at all! A wasted $100 for this Picture Keeper! Will never buy this again.

No customer service. I paid a lot of money for the gadget to backup my pics on my phone but I get "Devise not recognized". I called but had to leave a msg. Then sent an email, which the reply showed a ticket was created. 3 days later and no call back.

Its scam. And if you bought their scam device, i am pretty sure they have access to your pictures when you plug in the USB while connected to the internet.
Using Cloudflare as host, which is a web hosting company, they do nothing to protect people from scam and ignore all scams reported. Ive reported about 100 just this month.

Dont fall for this trash, there is NO security. And they might have copied all you photos while tranfering them to the dongle.

Two years after purchase (and only rarely used) the stick fails to load. None of the saved photos are accessible. Imposssible to access any customer service - the 'helper' simply doesn't work and there's no other contact details on the web site. Do not buy - absolute liability.

So this is another company promising to gather up your photos and make your life easy.
Don't trust this SCAMMING outfit.
They have no stock.
The shipping time when pressed is 8 weeks.
Nothing they say when you Chat is true, honest or real.

I bought a PhotoStick because it said it recovers old pics from PC or laptop.It does not do what it says on the box.It says Windows XP and or Vista are a requirement but it does not work with these systems.I even have pics on Windows 98 ! So do not buy if you have old pics on old pc's.They did get back to me (eventually) to explain this, but too late.They are still selling it today as working on Vista and XP. DON'T BUY !

Picture Keeper Pro support sucks. I have sent 5 emails since December and no response. They won't even respond on how to send product back, waste of time and money. I warned them that I will get on social media and I will continue to do that as long as they don't respond.

Does NOT take my photos from the computer. VERY DISAPPOINTING.

If only I'd read the reviews before paying! I've not received my Photostick, tracking is virtually non-existent as it any form of customer service. I've been waiting for weeks and have now requested a refund via Paypal.
During the wait I have discovered that all you need to do to find images is to search .jpg and up will come all of your images. Yes it will be a long file but that's what you would have been presented with in any case. Duplicated images [with the same name] should appear adjacent to each other. To sum up DO NOT attempt to purchase this product, you probably don't need it in any case.

When I bought the Photostick I was expecting a quick, simple experience. That was not quite what I got. I wanted to get all my photographs off my laptop and the Photostick said it could do that. Well it did do that but it took nearly 48 hours. Not the quick and easy experience I was expecting!

Total rip-off!
Only found 13 out of over 100 photos in one directory.
Duplicate finder is useless unless you save all found files (hundreds or thousands) in one directory.
Their return policy is useless. I got screwed out of $45.

I ordered my 128 photostick last week and it arrived today so quick!
the company have kept me up to date with every movement of the package which has been a great help,
this company are very reliable very friendly and very reasonable for this great product, its amazing,

Terrible. I have had 3 sticks and all seem to stop scaning after 40 od GB. I have contacted the help line without sucess. Dont buy

It's not user friendly
Basically it's the same as buying a USB stick memory

Really bad. I've been waiting since March and still haven't received anything. Their customer service is pathetic.
Based on my experience and the comments on FB I really would avoid this company.
