The application isn't bad, they've obviously spent time on it and it does what it says it does, but my issue with it is that the data transfer is painfully slow if you have a lot of photos on your device, which I'm guessing is when most people buy a device like this, and then once the backup is complete, it takes an eternity for the files to appear and then if you leave that section when you return it takes another eternity for the images to load again. The removal of duplicates is a nice feature and it's certainly user friendly, but I bought the 128GB version, and as they are so slow I just haven't bothered using them, they remain in their packaging in a drawer, €200 down the drain, plus whatever Customs I paid on top. To free up space on my phone I ended up buying an external hard drive with fast transfer and put them all on there....great idea, poorly executed in terms of transfer speed. The worst thing is that I bought 4 of them!

It is very confusing to use and I am adept at using technology. I run in circles, it doesn't actually load, it says there is no room for a lousy 300 images, and I know there is nothing on it because last time I used it I wiped it afterwards. Very very frustrating, do not recommend.

The Photostick connects to the charging port of my iPhone. The backup took 5 hours and ran my phone battery dry twice in that time. While you can pause the backup to remove the Photostick and recharge the iPhone, on several occasions the program wouldn't recognize the Photostick on reinsertion and I had to start from scratch. And if you don't pause it before removing and the iPhone battery runs out, you have to start from scratch. So you can't just start a backup and walk away - you have to stay and monitor the phone battery charge. SO much easier to back it up to my Mac! And I have a backup for my Mac so who needs this? Expensive, clumsy

A lady called Rachel was very helpful.She understood what was wrong and addressed it imediately. I am very pleased with the way she dealt with my problem and cannot thank her enough for her help in sorting it out.
I believe there should be more support staff like her,she was over and above what I expected...!

Just a PSA for anyone outside of USA, just know you'll pay a fortune in border fees on top of the steep product price, so tack that into your budget when purchasing.
I haven't been able to use the stick because I have a google pixel 7 and it wasn't until I received my package a month later that the directions informed me that that the stick is only compataple with google phones 8 and newer. Wish I would have known that before. As I am not someone who buys a new phone every two years, this is very frustraiting. Dissapointed.

I ordered two photo stix and two cases. I received the stix but not the case, they went to an old address.
The company (to their credit, to be fair) reportedly sent me again...two cases, and when I emailed to ask what was going on... they included the tracking information that indicated they would be delivered today....but they went to an incorrect address. I have no idea where they were delivered...
There is NO WAY to speak with a human... rather, they will wear you down with email upon email... UGH
I, will give them a few days, then will dispute.
Ok, they got back to me finally and said they would send out another mailing. Guess what, that 2nd shipment went to an incorrect address.
Idiots… got it wrong twice!!!!

I've just bought my second PhotoStick based, obviously on my experience of the first bought a few years ago. Unfortunately, I made a mistake in placing the order and 2 were ordered. I wrote immediately and the team rectified things immediately with several reassuring email messages as it was going on. I am assured I will be refunded the second, unwanted Stick in a couple of weeks.

Customer support is outstanding.
I ordered three units and a cover for Christmas gifts. Shipping was timely, however my order was incomplete as only one unit and cover arrived. I contacted support and immediately received a request to send pic of what I received.
Against the envelope background with label information readable I uploaded pic. Within 24 hours, Rachel emailed me that my order is being completed for shipment. Customer service skills are excellent!

I had an issue not loading my photos on the PhotoStick Omni. My IOS update couldn’t read it. I contacted customer service and tried the work around sent to me. It didn’t work either.
The company sent me new PhotoSticks and they worked perfectly. Great customer service

No real guidance on how to use. Comes up with something different every time I
plug it in.
After 2 days of trying to work
it out it’s going back. Also cheap plastic, doesn’t fill you with confidence it will keep things safe.

Not sure why the photo stick omni has to be used. Bought the smallest version and intended to use another usb stick to download photos … however it doesn’t recognise any other usb . Also after plugging the original photo stick omni usb into the pc all I get is a spinning wheel.
