I took a chance and sent two albums and a number of loose photographs. I was very impressed with the packing materials that were sent to me for submission of these items. Constant communication all along the way from the time they received my albums. I was extremely pleased with the end result– – not only the online photos but the USB photos as well. The photos on the USB were filed in the order of the pictures in each of the albums which made it easy to go in and rename each photo. So pleased with how the albums were returned to me – – it didn’t look like anything was even taken out of the albums. I will certainly be using the service again I have already recommended it to several friends.

Don’t buy anything from this website, they take payment and don’t send you the item you purchased, no response to refund requests.

Poor quality printing on cheap material makes for a very bad product. I ordered some samples for my shop and they came out horrible. Completely unusable they are so blurry, falling apart and really cheap material. I didn’t get a product that was usable out of this order. Not one. Now fighting to get my money back for products that were technically not received. Blurry blobs of fabric were not what I ordered. The proofs that were online were perfect. The proofs in the bag were perfect. The product is totally different. The shipping took forever with not updates. They keep offering me other items. Why would I want other items if the first set was bad. I wish I could post the pictures so no one else makes the mistake of purchasing from this company. I just want a refund. When you’re trying to grow your business and deal with venders like this - it gives them all a bad name.

I’m not sure why others are saying their services are bad. You have to send HIGH RESOLUTION photos if you want your picture to be blown up so big on a tapestry. I got it in a couple weeks with expedited shipping and it looks great. I’ll definitely be ordering again for sure.

Ordered a custom tapestry. I had to reach out to the company for a confirmation email. After hearing nothing from them after receiving the confirmation email, I reached out asking for a shipping update. I paid for expedited shipping, and after 7 working days, I expected to receive something. Instead, they told me that my tapestry was a complicated design and they would need more time to produce it. It is a black and white outlined design. Not complicated. Very disappointed. Still hoping to receive the item, but it won’t be here for the event I ordered it for.

I ordered a custom shower curtain and received no confirmation number. I paid the $20 plus shipping the website asked, and now have an extra charge for $19.98 that I did not authorize. This is absolutely unacceptable and I am beyond livid.

I ordered a customized shower curtain: No confirmation email, no communication, said it would be here in 3-5 days but took 2-3 weeks (I live in the US and that’s not where it shipped from, so I get it, but don’t advertise it as 3-5 days then), and when I finally got it it was a blurry pic and it frankly just looks awful.

I got my photo case from Styletify and I absolutely love it! They did a great job!
