Looks great but when using the…
Looks great but when using the pre-adhesive it is hard to manipulate the wallpaper like you can when using wall glue. You have to keep pulling it off and on to align. Also hard to align panels when the alignment is towards the bottom. But other than that, looks wonderful

Images don’t match website
Took a long time to arrive
The 3d images are different sizes . On my bigger wall they are too big and it’s hard to see rhe 3 d aspect .
On my smaller wall I much prefer the images , they are smaller maybe too small but at least I see the 3d aspect . I would have liked that size on all the rolls I received .
Also it came more pink than white as described . I didn’t mind that as much but it really wasn’t as described on website.
I may take it all down and just paint over it . I’m disappointed .

Regarding colors, it can sometimes appear slightly different depending on screen settings and lighting, but if the wallpaper looks noticeably more pink than white and the 3D pattern scale feels inconsistent between panels, this is of course something we would like to look into.
Please know that you can always order a printed sample before placing your full order. This will give you an idea of what the wallpaper quality would look and feels like up close.

I picked the self sticking wallpaper
I picked the self sticking wallpaper. It is even more expensive than the regular one just to find out that the wallpaper does not stick. It constantly comes off and there are bubbles of air pockets that form over time. We reached out to the company. They asked for pictures. We sent pictures. Now they arr just asking for more pictures. That's not customer service. They charge you more for a product that doesn't work and then they just try to bulls#!&t you after. Do not buy their self sticking wallpaper. No refunds either.

I got an email asking if I got my mural…
I got an email asking if I got my mural yet and I had not received it yet so I answered that. They said they’d resend that it may have been lost. A day or two later I did receive the first one and then a week or so later I received a second one. I’m happy to return the second one as I only paid for one but I don’t think I should have to pay for shipping. If you’d send me a prepaid shipping label I’ll send it back. Thank you!

Great quality, pay attention to overage if you're concerned with
It would be great if you could input the exact size of the image you wanted to show and then add the overage, while visually being able to differentiate between the two. I ordered 3 abstract images to be installed as large murals which we had very specific portions of the image that we wanted to highlight. We had to make some slight adjustments in the field since the images were just a tad too large due to the overage being added to the overall visual shown on the website when selecting the overall crop region. We probably would have ordered just a slightly larger image to get the exact area we wanted.
Absent of the adjustments we made in the field at installation we are very happy with the quality of the imagery and we get a lot of compliments about how it looks like real brush strokes, even at the larger scale.

Beautiful But Shrunk After A Month
I still absolutely love the neutral sea wallpaper and it even went on pretty easy using their tools. I would have given it a five star rating but now after about a month all the panels have shrunk and you can see every line. I will show you before and after pictures. I’m so sad because it was so beautiful!

I will never order from Photowall…
I will never order from Photowall again. I ordered my paper for an accent wall. They sent me paper that was 2' short of what i ordered. When I reached out to ask for the correct order they said they could offer me a 50% discount to reorder the correct paper. I explained I ordered it correctly that it was their mistake. It put me behind on a project and now in order to get a full refund I have to destroy what was sent email them photos of the destroyed product and then place the order again. Not great customer service when it was clearly their mistake.

All of our wallpapers are printed on demand according to the exact measurements submitted at the time of purchase. The mural is produced in strips that are 45 cm (17.7 inches) wide and printed to the full height ordered. The panels are delivered in a roll and need to be cut on-site along the clearly marked cutting lines before installation.
