Magical tree violet
Customer service was great! I messed up the first few panels and was wanting to reorder them. They communicated fast and gave me a great discount to reorder the whole thing so it all matched. I loved the wallpaper mural, it was thick and beautiful. I had a bunch of little cuts to do around doors and crown molding corners and cut easily.

The product is very high quality
The product is very high quality. I did thexself stick paper and it was fairly easy to install by myself. It would have been helpful to know the product came in panels of about 17 inches. I would have ordered differently.

peel-n-stick not so easy
I went with the peel-n-stick version thinking that would be easier for a novice...I was wrong. Even with the use of laser levels it was difficult to keep the pieces butted up against each other. I've done regular wallpaper once before and liked that you could move and stretch it a bit.
Overall, the product feels like good quality and the details are pretty clear for the size. Shipping was fast.

Beautiful chart
Beautiful chart, the paper is very thick, the panels are all numbered easy to work with. I ordered two separate sections, the wall has a fireplace between the larger panel was 1/2” scale but the smaller was 1/4” scale. Still very pleased exactly what I was looking for.

We used Photowall to wallpaper my powder room
We used Photowall to wallpaper my powder room and we love how it all turned out. It was my first time doing a wallpaper project, and using the peel & stick matte along with the clear labeling and instructions made it much easier to apply than anticipated. We were a little hesitant ordering from here because the wallpaper is produced and shipped from overseas, but shipping is sent via FedEx which eased our mind and arrived very quickly. We picked the Cradled in Clouds - Pastel design. This is a "Wall Mural" as opposed to a wallpaper which I guess means there is no repeating design, which we really liked.
The ONLY gripe I have is that beyond a certain size, the design then gets stretched to fit the dimensions you entered. It would be nice to know the exact dimensions that of the design at 100% before it starts stretching or magnifying. I would have ordered differently had this been the case.
For instance, for the walls we needed a size of 250x80 inches, but the mural at 100% seems to be 150x100 inches. So, the design was stretched/magnified by 66% to accommodate the width. My ceiling on the other hand was only 60 inches so the designed was cropped. Seeing the design on both the wall and ceiling next to each other, people with a decerning eye can see the difference.
That being said, it's not a deal breaker. In fact, most people who will come to use our powder room probably won't notice it. Overall, the look of the powder room came out great anyway. I will still definitely use Photowall again, just order differently knowing what I know now.
