Great products, quick and friendly customer service (you guys should give poor Kenneth a raise and a few extra days off). Unfortunately, that's all the same, because I never received my order, because it was repeatedly shipped to the other side of town and my mother-in-law's birthday gift is now over a month late. Grrrr....

The quality of the prints is not good
The quality of the prints is not good. Prints are dull and colors not what you see on your screen. However, they did send me the prints fast and kept me informed about my order.

The wallpapers are high quality and easy to install thanks to good instructions. You don’t have to be a professional with these. The paste comes with it. Wide selection that is easy to browse. You can crop the desired detail from a large image.

Great product and service, not so great logistics
Great product and service. Unfortunately they use DPD for delivery; pretty inconvenient because they send their pickup notification by a paper letter that takes several days to arrive after the shipment is ready for pick up at the pick up point.

Good quality product, slow sample process
The final wallpaper was of good quality, and putting it on the wall was pretty easy (once we started using enough plaster). Samples took almost 3 weeks to arrive, which made our renovation process to slow down. One sample was a cut of a detail (which was different colour than the overall image of the wall paper), so it was impossible to check the colour scheme of that option. After our order, the wall paper arrived in two days, which was super fast.
