Low resolution of wallpapers
Paper quality, delivery, glue - all were fine. However printed pictures have low resolution which gives overall poor experience.
Not sure how wallpapers with abstract themes would look like but those based on real photographs are average at most :(

All our images are high-resolution fitted to be printed as murals. In some cases, depending on the size of the wall, you need some viewing distance to the mural and consider the subject as a whole. However, I am sorry to hear that it didn't live up to your expectations.
You can always order a printed sample prior to ordering the actual wallpaper, so you will have an idea on what it would look like in print and up close.

Great after-sale service
I have ordered two wallpapers. Quick shipment. One of them had some flaw on some part, so I have contacted the shop. They proposed partial refund or to re-print the wallpaper; I took the latter one. Quick shipment once more. I was positively surprised by the customer service, I guess I did not expect it to be such unproblematic one. I would choose this shop once more.

Ridiculous words on wallpaper!
Im an interior designer. I ordered a "Planets and Stars" wallpaper in a mirror image. I received reversed inscriptions so there wasnt planet 'PLUTON' but 'NOTULP'. I understand what mirror image means but we don't speak Hebrew to read right to left. If You offer a wallpaper with words, make sure that they remain in the readable version! Or turn-of mirroring option on Your webstide. Its easy I think! If you have graphics why don't you do it properly?
