I've ordered from Phreak many times and every time has been delightful. They offer quality products that are creative and well made, and each one has a treasured place in my collection.

Their packages always arrive quickly here in the uk, and contain goodies alongside my purchase that are very appreciated! They're quick to post orders and they're well packed with plenty of recyclable materials.

Even when problems arose that weren't their fault, they were happy to fix them quickly and at no cost to me. I've had 1 or 2 packages lost in transit (royal mail gets hungry, I guess), and products that arrived damaged/broke on first use (very rarely, I hasten to add!!); both times they offered a replacement without any fuss that matched or exceeded the original in quality and care.

The best thing about them however has to be the customer service; they're always extremely friendly, cheerful and upbeat, and eager to make your experience a good one. They're a joy to interact with.

I strongly recommend them for both newcomers and long time collectors; you won't be disappointed!

Edit: Oh and how did I forget to mention their accomodations? I've had all kinds of unique pours and splits that they're happily done for me, even offering repours if I wasn't happy the first time (something I've never needed to take them up on, but just goes to show how dedicated they are to making it perfect for you!)

Phreak are amazing. They have a great range of products that are fully customisable. They are of the best quality too.Their customer service is second to none.

They have all the stuff you need: Beer, veggies and huge dildos. And super nice customer service.

I got the Christmas box of phreakclub and it's amazing. I love the quality of the toys and the size is also stunning. Didn't expect such a big toy :D
Oh and I really love the glow in the dark feature they got :)

Phreak.club is legit! Their inventory is great and custom toys are absolutely amazing! I'd recommend them to anyone!

The shapes of these toys are incredible, I've tried a small and medium Dovah, medium Brutus, medium Banana, small and medium Dragon Eggs with retention chains, and depth trainer Lenea and they are all incredible. The discounts on the ready made inventory are an absolute steal also! Their custom process is easy, you can even message them to show reference pictures from previous pours and colourschemes and their "phreaky" (surprise me) pours are always incredible. I love giving artistic freedom over.

They don't have a very competitive turnover from order to delivery of custom toys, other manufacturers have custom toys made and posted within a week but it is absolutely worth the wait.

I ordered from germany. Communication and shipping were nice and fast. Products are excellent!

Amazing product with great customer service!

Randomly came across this company while scrolling the internet. Due to the uniqueness of their products I immediately had to share with my spouse. We promptly ordered the “Dutch” and the “Dovah”. We were surprised how fast the product arrived; containing all sorts of extra goodies. After the initial excitement we noticed that the “Dovah” was missing. I reached out to phreak.club who responded with a quickness. After showing them a copy of my order they advised they would rectify the situation; no hassle or hard time what so ever. While we waited for the Dovah to arrive we gave the Dutch a try… the effects were far beyond expected. Eyes rolling in the back of head, toes curling, I thought an exorcism was taking place. We have since received the Dovah, with all sorts of extra goodies, and I’m anxiously awaiting to see the affect this will have on my spouse. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

The products are really good! And the firmness pucks are so relaxing, the shipment took a little long but not for their fault.

This was my first purchase and I couldn't have asked for anything better. I emailed with questions and they are very prompt about responding. Responses where very detailed and helpful as well. The product itself was simply amazing. It surpassed expectations for sure. This will not be my last purchase with the and look forward to my next adventure with their products. Thank you again
