Customer service is dreadful
Ordered an item nearly 4 weeks ago. They've taken the money but no sign of the item. 5 calls to customer service getting nowhere. Promises to get back to me made but no action. Appreciate times are difficult but some response would be nice.

Just had my first order delivered and I couldn't be more delighted with everything. The quality and presentation of the goods is second to none. One of the items in particular , a sparkly little snowflake brooch ,was amazing value at only £12.00, I was expecting a fairly flimsy ,lightweight item but the quality was excellent. I would have no hesitation in using them again.

Amazing customer service
I received some beautiful fox earrings for Christmas. I lost one due to the back being missing. Pia response was fantastic. They replied quickly and sympathetically. I am so so impressed with their customer service. This makes me a lot more confident about using them in the future. Their products are also fantastic quality and have great longevity. I would recommend 100%.
