Disappointed with the quality of the product
The marble I ordered hasn’t the same color as in the pictures and the finishing is really not ok. I cannot get a refund because it was a special order. The additional services made the final invoice 3 times higher than the actual cost of the marble. I recommend to see the products in the show-room before buying them.

Product was subpar, my feedback was not properly addressed and the whole buying experience made me seriously consider alternatives for my future orders. It's a pitty, given the effort and monet they have put in their showroom, website and product selection.

They delivered me a non-conforming…
They delivered me a non-conforming stone and then refunded the paid amount only partially. I hope to settle amicably and not have to address the competent bodies. Unfortunately, I did not finish the house because they did not offer me a compliant stone.
I do not recommend piatraonline.ro to anyone. I understand that others had similar problems.

The employees were rude
The employees were rude, it was a challenge to place an order. They were bored and annoyed to give information, to clarify details. The only pleasant interaction was with the reception/invoicing lady.
