A lot of issues
The online order has been confirmed, including available stock. Next day I have been called that the chosen stone it's not available and they have a more expensive one available or I shall wait up to 6 weeks...no comment.
I have accepted the more expensive one and when finalizing the transaction in the store there was another below expectations experience, from 37 pieces, 9 have been damaged and God sake it was not with delivery as it would be a nightmare... Overall, high prices and low Customer experience :(
