Having had the displeasure of dealing with Jamie, the business owner, I can honestly say he is about the most toxic, spiteful individual I have ever met. His standards of work are acceptable as a car valeter but customer service leaves a lot to be desired. His negative attitude to local detailers is a reflection of his character. I recently had my 35-year-old Land Rover 110 serviced by Jamie, and I couldn't be happier with the results. The exterior clean and polish made my car look like it just rolled off the showroom floor, which is no small feat given its age. Inside, the car now smells absolutely beautiful.

What impressed me even more was the attention to detail and the choice of products used, which were clearly tailored to suit the car's age and condition. Jamie's expertise shines through in every aspect of the service.

Jamie and his team have done an incredible job on my car today! I left then with a grubby, smelly car that hadn’t been cleaned since I bought it and I’ve come home to a squeaky clean car that smells incredible. I 100% recommend them to anyone!

Great attention to detail and a car that now looks incredible both inside and out.

Jamie communicated clearly at all times regarding costs, timing and requirements regarding space around our caravan. He arrived promptly (actually a little early, which he messaged to advise): he is very polite and pleasant along with his colleague, and they did a fantastic cleaning job on the exterior of the caravan, removing all dirt and algae that had built up over winter. We are very happy with the results and will call Jamie back again. My husband said he deserved a medal for making it look so good!

My car has never looked cleaner, honestly I mean that, even when rolling it out the show room, it was not this clean.
The boys were friendly, and professional.

Had the Tesla less that a week and thought it was clean. Wow, what a difference. The ceramic coating applied by Pickett’s had made washing the wither grime so easy. Literally just rinses off. So impressed. Amazing work and a very professional service. Will definitely use Pickett’s again.

I'd not used Pickett's Valeting before and found via Google. He communicated brilliantly before the date and was very reliable. When you meet Jamie you can tell he's super passionate about his job and works hard to explain his process and deliver the excellent results.

I was recommended to use Pickett's Valeting for a full upholstery clean after my son had an accident in the back of my car and I'm so glad I took up the recommendation.
The response to my enquiry was very quick and included a price and next available date. I didn't have to wait long at all and the guys were out cleaning my car on my driveway. Both gents were extremely professional and did not make me feel embarrassed about the state of my backseat or the smell! A thorough clean later, my car looks like it did when I first bought it and smells lovely, it also had some little thank you gifts left for using Pickett's, such a nice touch!! Before leaving, I was given clear instructions on how to further dry the seats properly.
A great, friendly and efficient team, I will certainly be using again!

Highly recommend Jamie for the services he offers. He has carried out full valets on 2 of our cars today and they are amazing. Don’t think I have ever seen them as clean as they are now, not even when I bought them from new. Thank you Jamie and look forward to having regular cleans.
