My experience of Jamie at Pickett's Valeting has been excellent. I initially contacted asking for a quote and Jamie was quick to respond and very thorough in the details of what the quote covered. When they came to complete the work Jamie took the time to explain what they were going to complete on the car and then set to work. I must say I am very happy with the results (especially the interior). Once the clean was completed Jamie again took time to give advice on how to keep the car clean and which products to use on the paint work.

I would definitely recommend Jamie and Pickett's Valeting.

When I first contacted Jamie I explained that I wanted to protect my car from the ravages of winter and he recommended Ceramic Coating. I’m so pleased I took his advice my car looks amazing, I will certainly use this business again and have no hesitation in recommending it to my friends.

Pickett’s valeting cleaned my M140i and I was blown away by their standards of service - I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them as they are professional, knowledgeable and deliver a great service. I had read the great reviews for Pickett's Valeting and decided to use him. Had some swirls and scratches that I wanted corrected and Jamie did more than an amazing job the paintwork is looking brand new and what a shine!! Also had the 1 year ceramic coating

From start to finish my experience with the lads from Picketts was flawless.

My first message was replied to swiftly and every communication I had with them after was helpful and polite.

The service was impeccable.

When they turned up to my house to perform a Full Valet before I sell my car, they had a walk round the vehicle with me to discuss what they’re going to do and also for me to point of places that I’ve noticed need a little bit of extra TLC. They noted these down and said leave it to them and they’ll have it looking brand new.

When I came out to have a look once they had finished, they took another walk round the car showcasing their work. It was perfect. I’m sure it looks better now than when I first bought it so it’s made me think twice about selling!!

Overall, 10/10 Customer Service, 10/10 Customer Satisfaction from myself and 10/10 Quality of work from Picketts.

I will not have to think twice about using them for all my future needs.

I have never given anyone 5 stars but Jamie deserves them. Turned up on time, done a superb job, very polite, professional uses the best products. Done things I never expected. I have booked him in for a valet every 2 weeks. Would recommend him.
