Paul, Kevin and Stewart were absolutely fantastic! very careful and considerate packing and moving our items and super professional. Jade was also great organising our move, I would highly recommend Pickfords, I would not use anyone else.

The staff who undertook the removals of my household possessions were excellent. Carl and Gabriel did a brilliant job. They were on time, professional, very 'can do' and extremely careful when moving everything. The admin staff (Nicola and Kellie) were also excellent: Professional and reliable. I would have given Pickfords 5 stars but one item
was damaged while it in storage.

Everything from start to finish was straightforward and stress free.
Excellent communication throughout.
Add- ons were slightly confusing but it was all explained to us.
Removals team were excellent vey friendly and polite.. Arrived in the time stated.. Worked so hard over the 2 days.

Had our house move agreed 5 days before the date. Called a few companies up, including Pickfords, and they were easily the best. From Penny (Partnership Team Co-ordination) to Charlotte (Domestic & International Move Manager), everyone at Pickfords were friendly and helpful. They all put our minds at ease, so we knew they were who we wanted to help us move. The two guys on the day, Brian and Nick, shifted everything on the day for us and were rapid. Not only were they fast but careful and super friendly. We were worried about our house move and they put our minds at ease. Would definitely recommend Pickfords to anyone needing a reliable house move in the future!

We needed a large and reputable company to handle our last minute move into storage and then our onward move 12 months later. Along every step of the way, the move manager has been fab at communicating, making the whole process as stress free as moving can be! The teams from Aylesbury and Gloucester were brilliant, in particular it was great to see the same faces again after 12 months. The unpacking service was a total game changer - two lovely people who carefully unpacked and organised my home for me, with care and grace. They even managed a quick flourish of the hoover. I can’t imagine any other company would pull this size of move off smoothly. Thank you to all!

I needed items moving from storage to my house in the North West and the team at Pickfords were wonderful from first enquiry to completion of the move! I was kept informed, my questions were answered promptly and the people undertaking the actual move were efficient, friendly and allayed any concerns I had about the move. Very quick, efficient and professional, Simon found good and affordable solutions for an international move-in date that kept shifting on my end. He also arranged for a secondary pick-up of some boxes that the movers had left behind.

Efficient from start to finish. Nichola my main contact organised everything and I liked that the quote was precise based on my goods rather than saying xpounds per container.

Pickfords managed our move brilliantly from going into storage to getting delivered into our new home…. They were respectful of our property and were very helpful when it came to finding places for items…. Samantha worked with us to get the delivery date we needed, she was so helpful with little notice. Thank you all we are finally in our new home x

I have used Pickfords services in the past, so they were my first choice and the price quoted for the full packing and removals service was very reasonable in comparison with other companies.
The packing and removals team were also friendly and efficient during the 4 days they spent packing up and moving my stuff to the new house, particularly Pete who went above and beyond, delivering a couple of small items after I’d moved in, which he found in a supposedly empty box they’d taken back to the depot. Thanks to all who were involved.

Wow. We had to do a 2 day move from a 7th story Apartment down to a seaside town. These guys were incredible. Everything was carefully considered. Fragile items were wrapped and well padded. No breakages at all. Including a very cumbersome 100” projection screen.

I had a fantastic experience with Pickfords Removals during my recent move from Kent to Epsom. From start to finish, everything was handled professionally and efficiently, which made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and well-organized.

A special thank you to Paul, Stuart, Phil, and Kevin — they were absolutely brilliant on the day. Friendly, hardworking, and incredibly careful with all of my belongings, they went above and beyond to make sure everything was packed, transported, and delivered safely. Their positive attitude really stood out and made a big difference.

Mark, Gin, Carl and Jasper were our removers on the day. They arrived on time, worked hard and quickly, were friendly and kept us in the loop all the way through. They took the stress out of what would have been a hard day for us. Our items went into storage until we are ready to move into our new place. Hope we get them on the delivery side of the move.

Used Pickfords for removals into storage - which all went seamlessly. The team on day of Blaine, Stuart and Joseph were superb - very efficient, polite and considerate. They took extra care with large and fragile items. Whole house was packed up swiftly and was very impressed how comprehensive the items were detailed and stored. The entire experience including survey and dealing with Jade in the office has been faultless and look forward to seeing team again when house move completes. Hopefully we get team BSJ again as they made light work of all the Ottoman beds and entire contents - Very highly recommeded.

I recently used this removal company and was genuinely impressed from start to finish. They arrived early, which immediately set the tone for a smooth and well-organised move.
